Baal
In Genshin Impact, the God of Eternity is Baal. This God is also a member of The Seven and the current Electro Archon. The lore surrounding the game revolves around the various regions and their Gods. For example, Baal is also known as the Raiden Shogun, while the locals call him Baal. The following paragraphs discuss the lore surrounding Baal.
Beelzebul
Known by many names, Beelzebul is one of the main antagonists of Genshin Impact. The game’s name is derived from his Egyptian origins, meaning “butterfly god”. Beelzebul is the first of the game’s bosses to prevent the player from using any elemental skills. He also happens to be the only boss in the game that cannot be fought more than twice. Beelzebul is the only character in the game that you cannot rematch. He is voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro in the Japanese dub.
Morax
Morax is one of the seven truly ancient gods, and is considered one of “The Seven.” He is also the father of Dvalin. He was historically worshipped in Liyue. His appearance in the game reflects this. He is often depicted as a tall muscular man with blue skin and hooded robes. His body resembles that of a human with two tentacles under its torso.
Kusanali
Kusanali is the God of Wisdom, but many players are unsure whether or not she is a female god. It is also unclear whether or not Yae would be calling Kusanali an Archon, since characters like Ganyu and Yae used to refer to Dendro as a male god. This is because there are many other gods in the game, including the God of Wind and Freedom, Venti.
Raiden Shogun
Inazuma: The Last Reign, Raiden Shogun is a playable character who has been confirmed for a rerun in Genshin Impact. The rerun is available from now until March 29. This character will tie into the storylines from the new version, and he will deal Electro damage to his opponents. Moreover, the Raiden Shogun banner will grant the Eye of Stormy Judgment buff.
Inazuma
In Genshin Impact, the Seven Nations play a major role in the storyline. Each nation is represented by an Archon. The Archons, sometimes called “The Seven,” are gods. The youngest Archon is Sumeru. The Archon War was a series of events that took place in Teyvat more than two thousand years ago. The Seven Archons rule the land and provide visions for mortals.
Sumeru
The Dendro nation is ruled by Sumeru, and they are commanded by the archon and god Kusanali. The Sumeru are also ruled by a jackal-headed deity named Anubis, who is considered the God of Mummification. In the game, players will encounter more than one Archon, which they can defeat using their special skills. Those who succeed in killing them will earn a higher Adventure Rank.
