To unlock the main area of the Mountaintops, you need the Rold Medallion, which is part of the main questlines. Luckily, Melina can help you with this. She will appear after you defeat Morgott in the Royal Capital.

Rold Medallion unlocks main area of Mountaintops of the Giants

To access the main area of Mountaintops of the Giant, you must get the Rold Medallion. This medallion is obtained by defeating Morgott, who requires the Rold Medallion. This Medallion is located in the eastern part of the region, marked by a red circle and line. It can be found to the east of Dectus. There are several paths you can take to access this location.

The Grand Lift of Rold is located northwest of the Forbidden Lands Site of Grace. Once you reach this area, you need to get the Rold Medallion to unlock the main area. You can obtain this item from Melina after defeating Morgott. You will need it to activate the Grand Lift of Rold. This lift will help you progress the story. Once you have obtained this medallion, you can now go ahead and complete the Grand Lift of Rold.

The Rold Medallion is a very important item that allows you to access two different areas of Mountaintops of the Giants. It allows you to travel between them at will. After defeating Morgott, you must return to the Site of Grace in the arena and talk to Melina. Melina will then give you the Rold Medallion. After you acquire the Rold Medallion, you should be able to reach the Grand Lift of Rold.

Bloody Finger Hunter Yura warns you about dangers of helping Melina

Yura is a bloody finger hunter. She was once a hunter of dragons and knows the ways of the Dragon Communion. Yura has a deep love for Melina and once knew the Violet Bloody Finger, Eleonora. After her death, she came to the Lands Between and started hunting the Bloody Fingers. They are servants of the Lord of Blood and the main objective of the game is to kill all of them.

Yura can be found north of the Main Academy Gate Site of Grace. She has been tracking the Bloody Finger Ravenmount Assassin and needs your assistance to defeat him. She will leave behind a katana called the Nagakiba. Her special attack, Piercing Fang, causes blood loss and cannot be blocked. The Bloody Finger Hunter will be the last enemy to appear on the Altus Plateau, so you must take care of her as soon as possible.

Yura will be near you when you respawn from your adventure. When you respawn, you will receive five Smithing Stones. When you return to Yura, she will thank you for your help and tell you that she will see the Violet Bloody Finger Eleonora and warn you about her dangers. You can also interact with the red summon sign to reach Yura in his world. By completing the invasion, he will reward you with the Rune Arc, Furlcalling Finger Remedy, and Raptor of the Mists.

Forge of Giants boss vs Commander Niall

In Forge of Giants, Commander Niall is a tough, optional boss that you must defeat in order to unlock the Forge of Giants’ final stage. Niall uses the power of lightning and frost attacks to deal massive damage. You can also use summons to pull aggro and do a lot of damage to Niall. You will need to upgrade your Mimic Tear summon to a +10 to deal with his summons. You can also use a Dual Greatsword to deal with his summons once they have been defeated.

There are three ways to beat the Forge of Giants’ Fire Giant boss. First, you have to defeat Morgott, the giant guarding the Great Erdtree. Once you defeat him, Melina will appear. She will give you the Rold Medallion, which will allow you to reach the Mountaintops of the Giants. Once inside the Mountaintops, follow the main path to the Forge of Giants.

Fire Giant – This boss is one of the hardest ones in Elden Ring. It is also the boss that requires Commander Niall in order to get Malenia, Blade of Miquella. However, it is still worth the effort, and the rewards are well worth it. If you are not a fan of fire-based bosses, you can use a Mimic Tear +10 to kill this tough one.
