Delphi Forest

They contain a decent amount of herb plants, and you can even use them to make tier 5 recipes! Cutlass Keys is also the best place to farm parsley, as it gives you a bonus of focus for 40 minutes! Edengrove, on the other hand, has a few herb plants near the main settlement, while Mourningdale has a few scattered throughout the region.
