When leveling up, players often struggle to find elementium or obsidium ore. In order to obtain these materials, players should gather in Vashj’ir, a location located on the western side of Khaz Modan and southeast of the Maelstrom. However, players who are at least 475 should consider a trip to Deepholm for a better chance of finding Elementium Ore.

Rich Elementium Veins
It is possible to obtain Rich Elementium Veins in World Of Warcraft (WoW) by mining Elementium Ore. The Elementium Ore you will need is available in 80+ zones of the Eastern Kingdoms. The Elementium Veins are very rare and contain a much higher amount of items than standard Elementium Deposits. You can find Elementium Veins in Twilight Highlands and Eastern Kingdoms, and you can sell the Elementium Bars to earn a nice profit.
Smelting will help your mining skill grow. Smelting will allow you to smelt harder-to-mine minerals. Higher levels of Mining and Smelting will also allow you to mine rarer gems and stones. As you level up, your Mining skills will grow with the minerals you mine. By leveling up your mining skill, you can make the Elementium Veins more powerful.
Obsidium Ore
Obsidium Ores are found in the first three zones of Cataclysm. Mining the Obsidium Ores will net you one to four gold per ore, and it can be stacked to make Obsidium Bars. These bar can be used to craft many different items. They will also give you a significant amount of gold, but you will need to be at least level 425 to access the Deepholm mines.
You can also find Obsidium Ores in the Silver Tide Hollow in Mt. Hyjal, but it’s a bit of a pain to get to. It’s best to go to Vashj’ir, where Obsidium is more abundant, though both areas are relatively unpopular. While the ores are available in both locations, you may want to explore them separately and take your time to get the most of them.
Eternium Drops
If you are looking for a rare item and don’t have enough gold to purchase it, you can mine obsidium ore. These ore are found in many areas in the game, including Blackwing Lair and Mount Hyjal. You can also find obsidium in Shipwreck Debris pools on Tol Barad Peninsula. Smelting obsidium ores creates obsidian bars that can be used to craft items. You can also use obsidian in crafting, as it is required in making Hellstone bars and Obsidian skin potions.
