When a deck is low on resources, can you fusion summon from the graveyard? In limited time, yes. You can use fallen Spellcasters from your graveyard to make Fusion Summons. This is a very effective way to re-use cards and increase your chances of winning. Let’s look at some examples. Here are Black Sheep, Exodia Necross, Dark Paladin, and Rainbow Neos.

Exodia Necross
The card Exodia Necross is not Normal Summoned. It can only be Special Summoned from the Graveyard when you have “Exodia” pieces in your hand. Once you’ve summoned it, you can activate its effect and add a card effect to it. The effect also allows you to increase the monster’s ATK by a hundred points. You can use this effect to Tribute this card to your hand after it has been targeted by a Spell/Trap Card effect.
This card is easy to pull and it’s very powerful, but it’s vulnerable to certain effects and abilities outside of destruction. Fortunately, you can fix this vulnerability with the Safe Zone card, which is great for keeping the rest of your Exodias in the graveyard. Other useful cards are Imperial Iron Wall and Book of Life. These cards prevent the effects of “Transmigration” and “D.D. Crow,” but they also make it harder for the Exodias to be banished from your hand.
Dark Paladin
Dark Paladin is a DARK/Spellcaster/Effect Monster. This type of monster cannot be Special Summoned, but you can Fusion Summon it once you have three or more cards in play. It negates Spell Card activations and gains 500 ATK for each Dragon-Type monster you have in your Graveyard. Dark Paladin is a level 7 monster.
While it is relatively difficult to summon, the Dark Paladin is a powerful monster once it arrives on the field. It starts with 2900 ATK and gains 500 for every Dragon on the field or in either player’s graveyard. This means that you can easily take out any Dragon in a single turn, including BLS-EotB! This monster is so powerful that you can even fusion summon it from your graveyard to finish an opponent’s turn.
Rainbow Neos
If you’ve ever wished to get a monster that’s able to disrupt your opponent’s Graveyard, Rainbow Neos can be summoned from your graveyard and use its powerful effects against your opponents. In addition to the Rainbow Neos’ powerful effects, it also has a number of other benefits as well. Listed below are some of the ways you can summon Rainbow Neos from your graveyard.
When summoning Rainbow Neos, you can search for it with the following cards: “The Melody of Awakening Dragon”, “Cystal Beast”, or “Polymerization”. If you don’t want to use these cards in Fusion Summons, you can also use the Elemental HERO Blazeman or Vision HERO Vyon to search for it. You can also mix in a Predaplant archetype to prepare Fusion Summons.
Quintet Magician
Unlike other spellcasters, Quintet Magician can summon a fusion from the graveyard by using 5 Spellcaster monsters as Fusion Material. Fusion summoning is easier with Magicalized Fusion, which reuses resources more efficiently. Quintet Magician works best in decks that include many spellcasters. However, it is not the best choice for everyone.
This ability is extremely powerful. It can summon a fusion monster from the graveyard and banishes five Spellcaster monsters from your opponent’s Graveyard. It can’t be used on the same turn as other Fusion spells, but it can help thematic Decks immensely. Despite being a copycat of existing Spell Cards, “Quintet Magician” is a strong comeback tool for the Fusion Deck.
