Summoner name changes
The Summoner Name is the name your friends will see in-game and on your friend list. You can change it whenever you want, though it will not affect your Riot Account username and log-in method. This change is only available for players who have paid a fee of about 1300 RP or 13900 BE. This article will explain the steps to change your Summoner Name. It is not recommended to change your summoner’s name if your friends don’t like it.
When deciding to change your name in the game, it is important to know that the Riot servers don’t keep track of your username and other account information beyond three months. However, if you’ve been inactive for more than three years, the Riot servers may change your name. If you’ve changed your name, you will have to wait at least 30 days for the new name to be released.
Changing your Riot ID
Changing your Riot ID is simple. Simply click on the Riot icon on the top right corner of your account box. Click on “edit” and then choose the name you wish to display. You can also change your hashtag, which is a string of 3-5 letters or numbers. You will need to change your Riot ID only once every thirty days. Once you have changed it, you will have to reregister with Riot.
To change your Riot ID, click on the “Edit” tab on the left side menu. You’ll need to enter the new username and tag combination. Click “Submit” to apply the changes. You can then select a new Riot ID. It’s best to keep your login information separate from this. That way, other players cannot access your account and use it to log into their accounts. You should not change your Riot ID if you are playing Teamfight Tactics on your main account.
Changing your tagline
If you’re tired of the tagline you use on Riot, you can change it. You’ll need to log into the site and visit the Riot ID section. There, you can see your current display name, hashtag, and tagline. Click the Edit button next to the tagline you’d like to change. Be sure to save your changes. Once you’ve done so, you’ll be able to see the updated version of your tagline on the Riot website.
If you don’t want to use your original name, you can change your Riot ID to match your clan. Or, you can change it to reflect a character you like. Changing your tagline will keep your Riot identity separate from your login information, so other players cannot use it. If you decide to keep your Riot ID separate from your other login data, it’s best to change it once every few months.
Linking your social accounts
If you play League of Legends, you may have a Facebook account. If so, you can now link your Facebook account to your Riot account. You can even play with your Facebook friends! Fortunately, Riot Games is listening to its fans. In response to concerns about Facebook integration, they’ve promised not to post anything on your wall. In this guide, we’ll show you how to do it.
To link your Riot account with your other social accounts, go to the Game Center. You can then choose which accounts you want to link to your Riot Account. This way, you’ll be able to access the same privileges as on your PC. You can link up to three accounts using one account. If you have two social accounts, it’s a good idea to link them, too.
