World of Warcraft Lost Honor – Varok Saurfang and Sylvanas Windrunner

During the Battle for Azeroth, we have seen the new characters come and go, and Varok Saurfang and Sylvanas Windrunner have joined the Horde. But what happened to their honor? Here are some of the reasons why they joined the Horde and how they can be restored to the game’s glory. Hopefully, these stories will help you understand how they changed and what happened in the aftermath of the new patch.

Battle for Azeroth

The seventh expansion pack for World of Warcraft, Battle for Azeroth, was released on August 14. If you haven’t yet jumped into the fray, check out the Blizzard website for more details. In the new cinematic, King Anduin Wrynn and Saurfang team up to stop the war. Hopefully Blizzard will be able to deliver a satisfying conclusion to the ongoing conflict.

Varok Saurfang

It has long been speculated that the battle between World of Warcraft and the Horde was due to the death of Varok Saurfang. The orc, one of the most powerful in Azeroth, had fought in all four major wars, and defended Azeroth from invasions. Unfortunately, his death was ultimately due to a single encounter between he and a pitlord named Sylvanas Windrunner, which reshaped the Battle for Azeroth.

Sylvanas Windrunner

The Undead were one of the factions in World of Warcraft that suffered great losses in the first three expansions. When the Horde took over the Undercity, the Alliance fought back with a new army, led by the Lich King’s emissaries. However, the Forsaken were the next to be defeated and the Alliance was in the process of restoring its honor.

Varok Saurfang’s decision to join the Horde

The reasons for Varok Saurfang’s decision are varied. He fought alongside the trollHekazi during the Third War, taking part in the Battle of Mount Hyjal, and witnessed the fall of Archimonde to the wisps. He helped orc and Horde veterans come to terms with atrocities, but his actions under the Blood Curse haunt him to this day. He has been haunted by memories of the slaughter of innocent draenei.

New cinematic for Battle for Azeroth

Warcraft 3’s latest cinematic, The Old Soldier, follows the journey of a war veteran named Saurfang. The cinematic also features a minor character named Zekhan, who is an irrational and naive warrior who believes in the glory of battle but is ultimately left with nothing. The film also includes scenes of warlords, including the infamous N’Zoth.

Marc Messenger’s winning cinematic

Blizzard has recently topped an award show with a new winner for best cinematic in World of Warcraft: Lost Honor. The award show, known as the Animayo Awards, recognizes a new cinematic each year for the game. Marc Messenger’s cinematic has won the prize for Best Cinematic in World of Warcraft. The winning cinematic features a scene that depicts the burning of Teldrassil, a flashback of Saurfang’s son, and a storyline that shows the old warrior almost giving up on hope. The film is sure to make viewers cry.

Tides of Vengeance patch

World of Warcraft’s Tides of Vengeance patch adds a new cinematic to the game, focused on disgraced Horde general Saurfang. The new movie premiered during the BlizzCon event, and shows the former paladin preparing for a battle with the Horde. In return, the Alliance king trusts Saurfang’s honor, suggesting that the two take down Sylvanas together.
