Art of Murder
The fifth installment of The Adventure Company’s Art of Murder mystery series features a brutal serial killer, a mysterious package, and plenty of leads. The main character, FBI rookie Nicole Bonnet, investigates the murder of an FBI veteran. After James’ murder, Nicole is reassigned to work with an FBI agent named Nick. Nick, however, doesn’t appear in the game until the final cut scene and only appears in voiceovers. The game’s plot revolves around a mysterious serial killer, and the art of murder is an evocative representation of this genre.
Despite its interesting core storyline, the game suffers from flaws in character development and areas of suspension of disbelief. The game’s disappointing ending also hurts its overall quality. While the game’s storyline is based on classic concepts, the dialogue and puzzles are incredibly well designed. There are over 5000 lines of dialogue in Art of Murder, with over 100 puzzles to solve.
Nancy Drew Mystery Adventure Series
The first game in the Nancy Drew Mystery Adventure Series takes place on a train in the state of Colorado and Nevada. Nancy must investigate a mystery, while trying to track down the thief who stole the artifact. In this game, Nancy is joined by her friends Bess, George, and Lucy. As the games progress, the player must solve puzzles and find the artifact. The game’s plot is based on the series.
In the twenty-seventh game, Nancy must investigate the mysterious death of a physicist. Her crew has just finished filming a reality television show when the accident occurred. Nancy must solve the mystery in order to win a million dollars. As Nancy explores the scene, she plays mini-games such as the Rube Goldberg puzzle and the dressing up game. As Nancy solves puzzles, she finds the killer and saves the day.
Sam & Max Save the World
Sam & Max Save the World is the first Sam ‘n’ Max game from Telltale Games. The series, which began with Sam & Max: Freelance Police, is an episodic adventure game. Players will play as a canine detective and hyperkinetic rabbit. The game is designed in a unique style with zany characters and one-liners, but unfortunately, the game does not feel as funny or exciting as it claims to be.
In this episodic video game, players take control of an anthropomorphic dog and a hyperkinetic rabbity-thing, as they go on missions to save the world. Their first mission is to solve the mystery of hypnotization, which is affecting people all over the world. The game is divided into episodes, each with its own storyline. There’s an underlying plot that threads throughout each episode. The developer, Telltale Games, announced the game in 2005, after LucasArts canceled a Sam & Max: Freelance Police game.
DeSoto Adventurer
The 1960 DeSoto Adventurer was the top-tier model in the company’s line-up, offering most standard features, a top-level trim package, and the option to have a convertible or hardtop. Mine had original upholstery in the back and after-market covers in the front. The car was a great highway cruiser. The torsion bar suspension kept it smooth and the Torque-Flite automatic transmission was bulletproof. In its debut year, the company sold 996 of the cars.
The 1960 DeSoto Adventurer is the game’s primary vehicle. Typically, the driving sequences consist of chasing down criminals in other vehicles. The player can use the gun, horn, and megaphone to communicate with the criminals, while special inventory items can be used to solve puzzles or complete minigames. Unlike previous DeSoto games, the gameplay is relatively simple, and is recommended for players of older teens.
