After defeating Rennala, the player can use the Larval Tear to respec their character. There are eighteen Tears scattered throughout the Lands Between. To obtain more, players should make a point of defeating the shard-bearing boss Rennala in the Grand Library. Once they defeat her, their respecs will be reset to the default.
Taking the Ivory Sickle
Taking the Ivory Sickle to the Albinaurics village is an important quest in the Elder Scrolls VI.
