Creating a New Household

Move to the right side of the window to select the new house.

After deciding on the type of house you want, you will be able to place and transfer your Sims into the new household. If you’ve already created a household, you can select the house type from the Community or Gallery, and then place it on the lot. This will create a new household that you can move Sims into, but they’ll remain with the family you created.
