The first words spoken in the 1977 film are credited to C-3PO. Part of the famous robot duo along with R2-D2, C-3PO’s first words were, “Did you hear that?”

Yoda
The character of Yoda was created by Frank Oz. Yoda is a backward-talking, mystical muppet who is an expert in Eastern philosophy. He is also the only member of the Yaddle species in canon and is one of the Jedi Masters from the Prequel era. Yaddle is well-known for his patience, kindness, and deadly Force powers.
The actor who played Yoda was not George Lucas’ favorite. He wasn’t a fan of the actor, but his performance in the first Star Wars film was praised by critics. During the premiere of the film, the actor who portrayed Yoda had a starring role in the film. His presence in the film brought a lot of attention and the public loved him.
Luke
The first major role played by a character in a Star Wars film is that of Luke Skywalker. When the film opens, he is on the planet of Tatooine. The two heroes are trying to save Han Solo, who is being held captive by Jabba the Hutt. Luke and Lando attempt to negotiate with Jabba, but he is turned down and is cast into a pit where he battles the rancor. The two Jedi Masters save Han and Chewbacca, and Luke escapes from the scene with their help. With the help of R2-D2, Luke destroys Jabba’s sail barge.
The film begins with Luke being forced to kill Darth Vader and take his place. As he tries to escape, he notices his bionic hand and realizes that his father is about to meet the same fate. He then casts aside his lightsaber and declares himself a Jedi. In the next scene, the audience sees Luke’s first speech in the entire film.
Han Solo
Although the films have an impressive cast, Solo is the least exciting film of the trilogy. The story is safe enough with a rebellious Han Solo, but it focuses on the least interesting character. Even though it is framed as an origin story, Solo plays like a greatest hits album of Harrison Ford one-liners. Unfortunately, Solo is held back by the legacy of the Disney Star Wars era.
The phrase “bad feeling” is a favorite of fans who grew up watching the Star Wars movies. It was first spoken by Luke Skywalker in A New Hope, but Han Solo uses it when he is trapped in a trash compactor. Those words have since been repeated in every movie in the series, including Solo: A Star Wars Story, and Luke Skywalker says them in his own movies. The saying refers to Wookiees, which are dangerous when threatened. Han Solo learned this lesson from his first encounter with Chewbacca in Solo: A Star Wars Story.
R2-D2
Although not able to speak, R2-D2 is an adorable droid. He is barrel-shaped and has a rotating dome for a head. He has three appendages and one is a robotic eye. R2-D2 is not able to speak, but he can communicate through beeps, whistles, and warbles. The movie’s title is derived from the name of the robot, and it seems he understands his masters’ orders.
R2-D2 makes its first appearance in the first Star Wars movie. C-3PO, another droid, was introduced during the film’s first incarnation. The two were brought together during a mission to Endor, where Luke and the droid met the Ewoks. The Ewoks, which resembled Paddington bears, mistook C-3PO for a god because of his golden sheen. The Rebels are able to save the Rebels from the Ewoks by allowing Luke and R2-D2 to escape and crash on Tatooine near Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi’s home.
San Tekka
Lor San Tekka is a human male explorer from the planet of Pillio, where Luke Skywalker was raised. After the events of the Clone Wars, he became a disciple of the Jedi Order. He followed the underground faith of his church in the dark era of Galactic Empire rule. The compass he used was tuned to specific points in hyperspace. This knowledge of the galaxy proved useful to the New Republic after the destruction of the Empire on the planet Endor.
At the end of Episode I, Kylo Ren is mocking the appearance and age of Lor San Tekka, who tells him that his death will be “something worse.” The elder then uses his lightsaber to cut down the man, killing him with it. The scene is one of the most memorable scenes of the film. But the scene is not without its twist. While the climax of the film focuses on Kylo Ren’s death, there are many other instances of the character speaking in a comical way.
