The Swarm of Flies Incantation can be found in the northwest of the Dynasty Mausoleum Entrance. You can get it by collecting three Pink Albinaurics and Gloveworts in the first cave. You can also find the incantation in the southeast of the cave. This incantation does not require extreme stats, but it does require Level 11 Faith and 16 Arcane.
