You can acquire the Iron Whetblade in the Gatefront Ruins by finding a Whetstone Knife. It is also a great choice if you plan to build a physical damage build.

The Iron Whetblade can be found in two locations. First, head to the Liftside Chamber site of grace. Then, proceed to the Lucaria Academy, which starts from the Debate Parlor site of grace. Here, you will find a corpse and an anvil. Once you have the Stonesword Key, use it to unlock the fog door, which leads to the Iron Whetblade room.
