At least two dozen subscribers to Cox Communications said they were forced to watch and listen to the Super Bowl in Spanish last Sunday. McLean resident Peter Maucher said that he could not understand the play-by-play commentary because it was only in Spanish. Centerville resident Bryan Scrafford said that the HD channel and the non-HD channel were both broadcasting the game in Spanish. Regardless of which language they were hearing, these viewers were left unsure of what to do.

To change the audio, go to the menu bar on the bottom of the screen and click on “SAP” in the upper-right corner. It will appear as a small menu on the left. You need to wait about three seconds for the menu to fully appear. Then, use the arrow keys to navigate to SAP. Once you have found the SAP option, click on it. Now, it should be switched.

If you don’t know what SAP is, you’ll have to ask a customer service representative to help you. You may be able to find the information you need on the company’s website. Then, use the menu button to navigate to the SAP settings. Once you have the menu in Spanish, click on the Spanish option and then tap “SAP.” This will change the audio to the Spanish track.

If the football game is playing in Spanish, it’s possible that the technical glitch is to blame. To fix this, you need to make sure that you are using the correct audio settings. You can switch to Spanish by selecting the “SAP” option. But, this option will only be active if you’re able to watch it in Spanish.
