Single-player

Multiplayer
The sequel to Primal Carnage was announced in 2013 and put on hold due to internal conflict at developer Lukewarm Media. The sequel was eventually taken over by Circle 5 Studios, who released the game as a free update in 2015. The sequel was later published on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 as a paid update on the same day. The game now supports up to 16 players in online multiplayer and single-screen LAN, making it a great option for players who enjoy team-based combat.
Players can compete with each other in Primal Carnage’s multiplayer mode, known as Team Death Match Swap (TDM). The objective of this game mode is to kill as many dinosaurs as possible in the shortest period of time. This mode doesn’t require perfect team balance and works on most maps.
