How to Catch Feathers in Animal Crossing

You can get these colored feathers in animal crossing by trading with villagers. They will offer to trade one type of feather for another color, but choose random colors. When you receive an offer from a villager, you should turn it down. If the offer is not acceptable, try another one. That way, you can get multiple colored feathers. But before you start trading, you should first collect the color of your bird’s feathers.

Festivale

The game’s new Festivale event will soon have feathers floating around the island. These feathers, similar to snowflakes, cherries, and maple leaves, come in green, red, blue, and purple. You can even catch rainbow feathers! While it may seem like an impossible task, collecting these feathers is easy and fun! Here are some tips for catching feathers in Animal Crossing: New Horizon.

First, you should know that Pave is a maniac about feathers, and will not talk about anything else unless you have a large inventory of them. If you’re not familiar with what feathers look like, here’s a brief guide:

Rainbow Feathers

There is a simple way to collect rainbow feathers in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. Gather three feathers of a particular color and give them to Pave. When Pave accepts all three feathers, he will perform a dance for you. If you can catch three feathers, you will be rewarded with a Rainbow Festivale item. If you don’t have any of the three colors, you can just skip this step and proceed to the next part of the quest.

After collecting enough rainbow feathers, you will need to make money in order to trade them for rare items. You can also talk to villagers to get their help in finding a certain feather. Look for villagers wearing the same color as the feathers you want. For example, if you see festivale gear in green, you can give Pave a green feather. Once you have all three items, you can purchase Festivale clothing from the Able Sisters store.

Re-Tail feathers

You can obtain Re-Tail feathers by hunting peacocks, as well as catching and selling them. The amount of feathers you can receive varies, but you’ll typically receive 110 bells for a rainbow-colored feather. Other common feathers are red, yellow, blue, and green, and each of those will get you different amounts of bells. In Animal Crossing: New Horizons, you can find peacock feathers floating through the air for limited periods of time, but you’ll need to catch them before they drop.

Re-Tail feathers in Animal Crossing: New Horizons are exclusive, rare items that you can use to upgrade your town. They can be exchanged with Pave the peacock to get a guaranteed piece of furniture. You can even reset Pave by saving the game and loading it again. When Pave returns, he’ll ask you for a random color feather, so you can give him the Rainbow Feather again.

Color variations of Festivale furniture

Festivale furniture is available in different colors, so players can customize their homes accordingly. However, if you already have the Festivale Float in your collection, you can exchange it for another color by giving three Rainbow Feathers to Pave on the Festivale Day. This is a limited-time item, as you will only be able to sell it once. However, you can still purchase Festivale-themed furniture from Able Sisters, who sell three different items. You can buy these items on each island, and you can customize them with feathers.

The Festivale Series first appears in the game’s first installment, Animal Crossing: City Folk. The Festivale series is known as Pave in New Leaf, and Carnival in Japan. The furniture items in the series were originally covered in white diamond pattern and covered in teal fabric. However, in New Horizons, the Festivale series was re-branded. These items now look like outdoor furniture, characterized by a multicolored stripe pattern, and feature Brazilian influences.

Trading for feathers

While playing Animal Crossing New Horizons, it’s often a good idea to save before you trade for feathers. When you trade for feathers, villagers will only trade for feathers that are stacked in your inventory. This means that if you have a bunch of Blue Feathers, the villagers won’t trade for them, but if you have an odd number of Blue Feathers, they’ll happily accept any other color.

When trading for feathers in Animal Crossing, be prepared to bargain. During a ‘Festivale’ event, villagers will offer to trade you feathers of the same color for different colored ones. If they choose a random color, you should decline their offer and try a different villagers. This way, you’ll be able to get the right number of feathers to trade for a particular piece of furniture.
