Elden Ring uses talismans as a powerful tool in boss fights. While there are many talismans, not all of them can be used against end-game bosses. There are only seven top-tier talismans in the game, and most of them are located in hidden areas, behind boss fights. So, how do you know which talisman to use?

Viridian Amber Medallion
There are three Viridian Amber Medallion trismans in the game: the Standard, the +1, and the +2 versions. The Standard Viridian Amber Medallion can be found in Tombsward Cave in the Weeping Peninsula, near the Fourth Church of Marika. To obtain the Standard Viridian Amber Medallion, defeat Miranda, the Blighted Bloom. The +1 version can be obtained by defeating Margit the Fell Omen in the Capital Outskirts. Margit is a regular Commoner, but when she transforms into Margit the Fell Omen, she is much easier to kill than her counterpart in Stormveil Castle.
The Viridian Amedium Medallion increases maximum stamina by 20%, which makes it ideal for use in PVP. It is also useful for increasing maximum stamina. Players should wear the Viridian Amber Medallion if they roll a lot, as it can make boss fights more manageable. It’s important to wear it if you like to block, but if you prefer to use it to boost stamina instead of health, the Viridian Amber Medallion is the one for you.
Green Turtle
There are many ways to get Green Turtle Talismans in the game Elden Ring. You can find it in the underground area of Summonwater Village in Limgrave. You must collect the Stonesword Key to open the underground area. The green turtle talisman is found near a boss called Tibia Mariner. You can also find the Crepus’ Vial and Great-Jar’s Arsenal in this area.
One of the most important aspects of battle is the management of stamina. When you’re up against a tough enemy, losing your stamina can cost you a real pummeling. The Green Turtle Talisman increases stamina recovery by 18 percent, making it a very useful item to use during intense battles. This item will also increase the speed of healing when you have low stamina.
Erdtree’s Favor
You can find Erdtree’s Favor in the Elden Ring, in the Fringefolk Hero’s Grave mini-dungeon. You must first obtain two Stonesword Keys and then use them to find the item. Once you have it, you can equip it on your character and it will increase your max HP, stamina, and equip load by 3%. The Erdtree’s Favor can be found in the Mini-Dungeon Fringefolk Hero’s Grave, but it is extremely dangerous, especially for new players.
The best place to find Erdtree’s Favor in Elden Ring is in the Fringefolk Hero’s Grave, behind the Imp Statue Fog Wall. In the Stranded Graveyard, you need two Stonesword Keys to enter, and once you do, you’ll have to sprint across poisonous water. The long, narrow corridor is guarded by a golden spiked chariot. Go through it and look for an alcove in the middle.
Radagon Icon
Talismans of the Radagon Icon are a powerful way to improve your spellcasting speed. These talismans are found in the Fort Faroth region of the Caelid continent. You will find a ladder to climb up to the battlements and a hole in the wall to get to it. Once you’re in Fort Faroth, you’ll need to kill the giant rats guarding the area in order to be able to climb down. This talisman will boost your attributes and damage and make your spells more effective.
You can also get a Radagon Icon in the Academy of Raya Lucaria. This is a legacy dungeon in North Liurnia. To find it, you must defeat the Red Wolf of Radagon and climb the balcony. You can then use the Radagon Icon to shorten the cast time of all spells. This talisman also grants you 30 extra Dexterity.
