Leveling up
There are two main parts of the Lost Ark leveling progression: character leveling and item leveling. Character leveling refers to the journey from level 10 to 50. It may take months to get to level 60, and by then, item leveling will be the most important metric of progress. In the later stages of the game, leveling becomes less linear as you unlock more endgame content.
After the initial leveling phase is complete, players should be able to start getting gear and doing quests. Gear progression starts at level 50 and 250 ilvl, enabling players to do many daily tasks. The leveling process is divided into two distinct phases depending on your situation. Once you reach tier 50, you should do the Vern/Shushire questline, which takes three hours and rewards a set of full 302 gear. Honing System will help you boost your equipment’s item level and speed up the leveling process.
Changing skills
Changing skills is a great way to improve your character and become more powerful. Changing skills is free and can be done whenever you are not engaged in combat. It is also possible to change skills while in an instance if you have access to a workshop. When playing Lost Ark, skills are often associated with attributes that reflect how you use the skills. Increasing the Back Attack attribute will improve your bonus damage and your crit chance. Engraving skills will also increase your bonus damage.
Recycling old gear
You may be wondering, “How do I recycle old gear to get to T2?” If you’re new to WoW, you might not know that you can recycle T1 and T2 gear. The differences between the two tiers are that T1 gear is base ilvl 302, while T2 gear is base ilvl 802. And you can’t transfer equipment upgrades between tiers, just within that lvl range.
Farming T2 mats
If you want to farm T2 mats in the game, you should be aware of the different methods available. Among these methods are daily/weekly quests, Chaos Loots, and material islands. You can also farm Life Leapstones by completing the Welcome Challenge. Although this is one of the most difficult parts of the game, all of the other Guardians give you massive boosts to your Leap Stones and Life Leapstones.
While farming T2 mats in Lost Ark is possible in the early game, the most productive ways are still in Tier 1 and Tier 2 dungeons. These areas offer better loot and materials to improve equipment. This strategy requires you to have item levels of at least 1100. Once you get to the endgame, you can farm T3 Legendary armour for your character. While it might be difficult to do this in the early stages of the game, it can pay off in the long run.
