PTR Legion – What’s New in This Week’s Wowhead Weekly!

PTR Legion is out and with it comes many new things to play. There’s new quest armor and a new toy to buy. We’ll discuss what’s new in this episode and what you can expect from the game. In addition to the new PTR Legion content, we’ll also talk about the character customization, Timewalking challenges, and character customisation. If you want to learn more, check out this week’s Wowhead Weekly!

Character customization

The World of Warcraft PTR has been rolling out some big announcements, and one of those is the addition of character customization to allied races. This update will also include several quality of life improvements and other changes. Nightborne allied race characters will have a new feature, translucent glowing hands. While this is not an incredibly exciting change, it will help make them more unique than their current counterparts.

You can create a new character at any time by visiting the character selection screen. From there, you can choose your race, gender, and class. Once you choose a race and class, the choice is permanent. You can change these later, but you can’t change them in-game. However, you can change your character’s race and class through a paid service. You will need to create a new character to change it.

Timewalking challenges

There are several unique Timewalking activities for players to take advantage of in Legion. There are six dungeons to choose from – each with its own unique difficulty level – as well as a Mage Tower challenge to complete solo. Players are also given the opportunity to earn reputation with their faction as they progress through Timewalking challenges. However, there is one major disadvantage to Timewalking challenges in Legion. It’s not always possible to complete the entire set of challenges, so it’s important to have a plan for when you’re taking on Timewalking challenges.

The good news is that Legion Timewalking challenges are completely free to complete! Once you’ve completed all of them, you can move on to other World of Warcraft PTR content. Timewalking challenges are grouped by role and reward the player with a unique achievement after each successful completion. This challenge also requires good cooldown management. So, if you’re a mage, make sure you’re ready for it!

New quest armor

We’ve been looking forward to the PTR release of the new quest armor, but now that it’s here, we can’t wait to see what’s in store for the Legion expansion! The PTR version is a beta of the live game, and that means that some items may not be available yet. This is good news for the player base as they can try out different sets before they buy them. Moreover, these tests will help us see which content is worth buying.

For instance, the Mage Tower is now accessible on the PTR, and the Timewalking ability will bring back the Mage Tower. While the weapon skins from previous versions of the game are no longer available, players can still buy new armor sets based on their class or spec. Guardian Druids will get a new werebear skin, but they’ll also be one of the few classes that can get their original reward.

New toy

The World of Warcraft PTRL focuses on re-introducing old toys and making new ones available for players. In the past, players would travel over water using a fishing raft, or use a mount to go faster. Now, players can have a boat of their own, and a range of other toys to use in the process. Here is a look at some of these toys and how to get them!
