You might be wondering where is Blood Cliffs in the Hinterlands in the World of Warcraft? Well, you can visit the area via a broken bridge that crosses the river. Templar Encampment

Templars are found at the Templar Encampment in the Hinterlands, located south of the Broken Bridge landmark on West Road. Players must clear the camp of the Rebel Templars to complete the quest. Once complete, no random templar groups will spawn in the Hinterlands again. If you’ve already cleared this quest, the battle sound effect around West Road, Fort Connor, and Witchwood will no longer be heard.
