World of Warcraft 6.2 PvP Changes

World of Warcraft 6.2 brings a number of changes to the pvp modes and rewards. Read on to learn more about the changes to gear and other aspects of pvp in the new patch. You can also switch factions during your time in the mercenary mode, which allows you to swap between factions for a short period of time. The mercenary mode allows you to switch between the two factions to compete against other players in the same realm.

Changes to pvp in World of Warcraft 6.2

PvP rewards have undergone several changes in World of Warcraft 6.2. The new War Stomp spell stuns enemies for three seconds, and has a reduced cooldown of 1.5 minutes. In addition, Touch of the Grave now scales damage based on the character’s Attack Power and Spell Power. Furthermore, Thrash in Cat Form and Feral – Rake deal 20% more damage and have reduced cooldowns. However, if you’re looking for a PvP-focused gear set, consider the new ‘PvP’ 4-piece set bonus. Its new bonus gives Elemental shamans an extra 15 seconds to use their abilities. Moreover, the new pet set bonuses reduce the cooldown of their abilities, such as ‘Effect of Silence’.

Another major change involves PvP content. Players can now build their own personal garrisons, and recruit other players’ characters to join them. These non-player characters will earn experience and items while playing in their garrisons. Similarly, players can also purchase individual buildings to increase their garrison’s size and change its appearance. World of Warcraft 6.2 added a new raid to the game: the Hellfire Citadel. In addition to the new PvP content, Ashran also now has new weekly quests. These quests reward players with a total of 500 Conquest points.

New modes

The new patch 6.2.1 is on the PTR, and it will allow you to fly over Draenor! In addition, it will introduce a new PvP mode called “Mercenary Mode.” This will allow players to play as players from the opposite faction, reducing wait times while maintaining the fantasy of an Alliance versus Horde conflict. But be warned: this new mode isn’t available to everyone.

In World of Warcraft 6.2, the horde and alliance raids are now available. Those who have finished the Alliance raid can now play on the other side, and vice versa. The Crucible of Storms raid is a bit smaller and contains two bosses. The main difference between these two raids is the difficulty. While the Battle of Dazar’alor is the more competitive one, it’s still fun to play on both sides.

New rewards

World of Warcraft 6.2 brings new PvP gear and other changes. New items will scale up to PvP item level 715, and Warmongering Aspirant, Combatant, and Gladiator gear will all be at least PvP item level 750. Frost Strike and Obliterate damage will now both be 10% higher. Hammer of Wrath and Moonfire will also now do 8% more damage.

Infinite Timereaver mounts can now be dropped from bosses while timewalking. Additionally, new PvP centered heirlooms have been added to the Gurubashi Arena and Deathmatch Pavilion in Stranglethorn Vale. Also, Argent Warhorse mounts should now appear in the mount journal. In addition, the daily quest for Challenge Mode now awards item level 680 gear.

New rewards for world of warcraft 6.2: For all of you World of Warcraft players, this patch has something for you. The new Mercenary Mode allows you to queue for PvP content much more quickly. In addition, you can now ride mounts and get a chance to use Strongboxes. As for the old rewards, you’ll always have the same rewards as in PvP.

Changes to gear

The changes to World of Warcraft 6.2 PvP gear could result in more powerful PvP gear than you’ve ever had. Players can expect to have a slight increase in item level on their PvP gear, but they can still have a lower item level in PvE. Fortunately, Blizzard has also removed the punishment of reforging, which was causing a cascade effect that was detrimental to players.

The gear tiers have also changed. While the Dreadful Gladiator’s gear will be craftable, the new Malevolent Gladiator gear will be purchased with honor points. Tyrannical Gladiator’s gear is a new tier of gear that will only be available after earning 27,000 conquest points. Players will also be able to buy an elite set of gear after achieving 27,000 conquest points.
