If you’re looking for more health potions in the game, there are several ways you can go about getting them. These include using Sacred Tears, Golden Seed, Upgrades for flasks, and messages to other players. Hopefully one of these methods will work for you. Keep reading to learn more about health refills in the game. Once you have them, you’ll feel a whole lot better about yourself.

Sacred Tears

Sacred Tears are a rare item that can be used to replenish HP and FP. Generally, these items can be found in temples and churches, but not in the Church of Elleh. However, most Marika statues do have Sacred Tears, and players can spend them at the Sites of Grace to gain more HP and FP.

Sacred Tears are very useful to obtain during boss battles, as they boost flasks mid-battle. To find more Sacred Tears, simply head to any of the various Churches of Marika. These are always located in a small bowl right in front of the main statue. It is possible to purchase up to nine of these potions at a time, allowing you to take full advantage of these items when needed.

You can also find Sacred Flasks throughout the game, which can heal your health while you are in combat. Sacred Tears can also be obtained from Sites of Grace, which are scattered across the map and respawn most defeated enemies. After selecting your Flask of Crimson Tears, you can equip it from your Inventory by pressing the D-Pad key to cycle through the available slots.

Golden Seed

The game is incredibly difficult at times, so if you’re not prepared for it, here are a few tips for getting more health potions:

There are several locations in which you can find more health potions. You can obtain them by visiting the Golden Seed, which is located outside the Liturgical Town of Ordina. It is located near the Ruin-Strewn Precipice, where you will encounter the Albinaurics. You can also find it near the Windmill Village, near the base of Mt. Gelmir.

The next way to get more health potions is to kill the Tree Spirits in the Lands Between. You can find them by descending a ledge. While you’re down there, you’ll take damage. Once you’re there, take care of the 3 rats and the giant rat, then fight the Tree Spirit. The Tree Spirit will drop some goodies. You’ll be glad you did!

Upgrades to flasks

There are two ways to increase the number of health potions you have in your inventory. The first is to upgrade your flask with Golden Seeds, which are found at the base of golden trees. You can find these in the forest and they are very easy to find. If you do not find any golden trees, you can get them by resting at the Site of Grace. This will add a charge to your flask right away.

If you do not have the Golden Seeds to upgrade Flasks, you can find them at the base of statues in churches. Upgrade them to get 10 more Flasks. Once you have upgraded to level 14, you can upgrade the flask to increase its capacity. You can use this option when resting at Sites of Grace and in Churches. In addition, you can use Sacred Tears for the upgrades, but they do not have any effect on the number of health potions you have.

Messages to other players to get health refills

If you have a low HP bar, you can use the Messages system in Elden Ring to help others with their health. You can leave a message by approaching any glowing tablet on the ground. When you read a message from a different player, you can either ignore it or applaud it to receive a health refill. You can even disparage or troll the other player if you feel that they’ve done something wrong.

Messages are left by players who want to offer their help. They can either be funny or detailed. They will then be sent to the servers for others to find. If you leave a lot of messages, the chances of getting a health refill are higher. You can even rate the helpful remarks of others to get an extra health refill. However, keep in mind that you cannot leave 100 messages at a time.
