Using Celestial Dew is a great way to atone for your sins and make an NPC not hostile to you. It’s available from Merchant Hermits in Uhl Palace Ruins and Nokron. Once collected, Celestial Dew will no longer spawn on that NPC. Use it to make an NPC not hostile to you.

It’s an excellent way to reactivate quests, reset NPC hostility, or resurrect dead merchant NPCs. You can buy Celestial Dew from Pidia for 7,500 Runes or loot it from a corpse near Uhl Palace Ruins. Depending on where you find it, you can use it on multiple NPCs.
