If you want to learn how to get on the mountain of Liurnia, you must know the various ways to complete the game. The first method involves visiting Varre, a character from the game’s opening. Varre is a NPC who calls you a “maidenless” upon your arrival in the area. If you kill him, you will be prevented from completing his storyline, but if you don’t, you will unlock a secret optional area and receive a new Great Rune.

Sites of Grace

The Sites of Grace in Liurniya are special locations that you can visit during the game. They function as fast-travel destinations and level-up stations, but they’re also important for a few things. Players can heal at them, use their Sacred Flasks to regain health, and more. Additionally, they’ll reset nearby areas and enemies.

The first of the Sites of Grace is located in Liurnia Lake Shore, a secluded area in the middle of the region. You can find it near the merchant who sells lanterns. Once you reach the site, you can speak with Hyetta, a friendly NPC in the northwest part of the ruins. After your dialogue, she will ask you to give her the Shabriri Grape.

Critical path

The first step in completing Liurnia of the Lakes is to find the site of grace on the mountain. You will find this at a ruined building, east of the ruins where you fight the Erdtree Avatar. Continue on your way and you will be rewarded with a Crucible Knot Talisman. It is an easy quest to complete once you have the ring.

Once you’ve accessed the area, look out for the map. West Liurnia contains the decimated albinauric village, the mysterious Caria Manor, and enemy camps. Fortunately, there are a couple of places to get to these locations that will let you explore more of the region. There’s also a path that will take you to the Caria Manor.

Locations

Liurnia of the Lakes is a continent that lies northwest of Limgrave. This region is notable for its prominent placement of The Academy of Raya Lucaria. Liurnia of the Lakes can be reached by using the passage beneath Godrick the Grafted’s throne room, or by following a narrow cliffside path in Stormhill.

The map is found in the northern region of Caelid, just north of the swamp. The best way to get to it is to travel through Roundtable Hold or Mistwood. The map of Mt. Gelmir is located below an overhang over a volcano, and is just downhill from the manor. A corpse can be found in the area as well.

Bosses

It’s not impossible to get on the mountain in Liurnea. The map is broken up into numerous fragments that can be found by pillaging dead bodies. However, getting to these fragments is often easier said than done. For instance, you need to go further out from the shoreside Site of Grace in Lake of Rot than you were when you started the game.

The first step to get to this map fragment is to head northwest on your trust mount. Once you’ve reached the lake, keep heading northwest on your trust mount until you find an uphill path. From there, you can reach Liurnia, West. The screenshot below should make it easier to find. It also shows the fragment location on the map. It will be useful if you have a map fragment of Liurnia.

Using map fragments

The quickest way to get on the mountain in Liurneia is to use map fragments, which you can find in a number of places throughout the game. These map fragments are usually located nearby glowing text. However, in some cases, you can only find map fragments in one location, so you need to make sure to look in the right places.

The easiest way to find the fragment is to head northwest on the trust mount and move east until you reach the bottom of the broken bridge. Continue straight until you come to an uphill path.
