Though they were the most physically-sound team of the season, their constant arguments and repeated nagging ultimately cost them the opportunity to win the competition. In the end, the two teams finished in fourth place. At one of their Pit Stops, Aaron proposed to Hayden, making them the first team to become engaged during the Race.

They’ve been having a horrible time, from the slow taxi drivers to the language barrier. Then, a roadblock tests their patience to the limit. Aaron is ready to give up when he realizes Hayden is losing his cool, but he can’t take it any longer. Hayden blames Aaron’s incredible race for making them last. They’re nearly thrown off the mountain, and Hayden is about to break his key and walk to the North Peak Hotel. As they get closer to the finish line, Hayden looks at Aaron and is wrathful about his failure.

Adam’s first mistake was putting unleaded into the wrong engine. He tried to finish the race multiple times, but always ended up in the bottom half. Rebecca and Adam were second-best for much of the season, but got stymied by bad cabs on the penultimate leg. However, the couple’s amazing race didn’t stop them from finishing second.

When they reach La Pietra, the STDs pull up first. Eventually, the Mollywoods arrive. Then, the teams run to Philo. Hayden blames Aaron for making them last by muttering out loud that he can’t read maps. He’s upset that Aaron won the race again, but now they’re the team last. Thankfully, there’s still a way to make things better!

Hayden is convinced that Adam is the one who has to win the race, and he is determined to prove it. Despite their disappointment, the pair have a cherished relationship and have spent countless hours together. However, the sex-conscious Hayden blames the incredible race for making them last. However, he is not happy about the result. He wants Adam to win the Race because he doesn’t like her.

When the episode premiered, Aaron was convinced that Ava Kelly had died and had no one to blame but himself for her death. He was so determined to find her that he called the cops and deployed Rivas security to the area. His maternal grandfather and uncle were supportive of his efforts and supported his decision to use extreme measures. But in doing so, he failed to mention Hayden Kelly. He was busy with his business and its stock rate after the wedding.

Aaron’s father and sister, the mother of the woman he was trying to save, were both devastated by the situation. He tried to convince them to keep the pregnancy secret, but the girls argued and the boys eventually hid the evidence from each other. Aaron urged Hayden to keep the truth from the press. But they both felt that Aarvi was not ready to meet anyone, so he decided to turn her down.
