Characters with ability to detect camo bloons
The earliest mention of camo bloons was in Bloons TD 4, when they first appeared in the game. They quickly became a common sight, and can be dangerous to any type of Bloon. However, there are characters in the game that can detect these bloons, such as the Ninja Monkey and Road Spikes. Here are the characters that can detect camo bloons.
A great character to use against these bloons is Cassie, who can always be found on a ship, but only attacks bloons in water. Princess Bubblegum can cover bloons with gum, while the Slime Princess covers them with slime. Ninjas can shoot webs or glue in their way to pop camo bloons, so these characters are very useful in this respect.
Quincy is the default hero in the game and is often overlooked when determining which hero is the best one to use. Quincy’s level five ability to detect camo bloons makes him an excellent choice for this role, especially when placed early on in the game. It also has a low cost of 540 coins, which allows Quincy to shine the most at the early stages. Quincy also provides respite to save up for Banana Farms.
Characters with ability to pop lead bloons
As a pure damage Hero, Adora is an excellent choice, as she can pop lead balloons with her magical bolts. Because she cannot see camouflaged bloons, her first ability, Blood Sacrifice, means she can’t see the enemies she attacks, but she can make up for that by dealing more damage per bolt with her homing bolts. Adora is good at covering a wide range and avoiding bloons from different areas of the track. However, she can’t pop lead bloons without the help of a support character.
While the majority of towers will affect Lead Bloons, they must be upgraded to do so. Some towers may be able to affect Leads without causing damage, such as the Bomb Shooter and Mortar Monkey. Fortunately, there are a few exceptions, however. Characters like the Bomb Shooter, Plasma Monkey Fan Club, and Gwendolin have a high chance of popping Leads. Despite their low AP, their abilities make them a good choice for this type of battle. Likewise, the Bomb Shooter, Gwendolin, and Striker Jones have a high chance of detecting and popping Leads. Further, the Ghost Rider, Obyn Greenfoot, and the Monkey Glue can also be effective in popping lead bloons.
While the Wall of Trees and Firestorm can work for any MOAB class, Pat is best placed on land. His powerful abilities allow him to work even on the hardest tracks. When placing Pat, it’s important to balance track coverage and tower placement. In particular, he can be a valuable asset when surrounded by towers. Placements near intersections are ideal for Pat. He can attack bloons on any type of track, and he has a strong crowd control. Despite being a melee hero, he’s also good at dealing with MOABs and destroying them.
