One question that’s on my mind is if you can have two islands on the same Switch. Currently, it doesn’t seem possible, but I haven’t given up hope yet. There’s also a problem with Animal Crossing: New Horizons. It only supports one island per console, and you’d need to buy a second copy of the game to transfer your progress. Also, you can only transfer one island at a time, and it costs a lot of bells to move a representative from another island.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons only supports one island per console
It’s unclear how many players you can support with Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Nintendo confirmed the limit at E3 2019, but the wording left us wondering whether this is a console-based limitation, or if the game will allow more than one island per console. Previous Animal Crossing entries for the Nintendo Gamecube and Nintendo 3DS supported only one island each, and did not allow multiple profiles.
This is a major problem because Animal Crossing: New Horizons only supports a single island per console. If you want to play with more than one friend, you will need to buy multiple Switch consoles. This limitation will make it difficult for you to have multiple islands, even if you want to set up multiple user profiles. However, you can still enjoy local multiplayer with up to four players.
It lacks multiplayer
Although there’s plenty of content in TW: Arena, its multiplayer is one of its biggest drawbacks. Compared to single player games, multiplayer is incredibly time-consuming, and it’s also plagued by constant failure. If you’re looking for a game that’s fun and engrossing, this is not it. The game is a great choice for those who enjoy role-playing games, but if you’re not into the multiplayer aspect, you probably won’t enjoy the experience.
