Can You Skip the Gorefiend in Hellfire Citadel?

So, you’ve finally gotten to the point where you want to try to beat the Gorefiend, but you’re not sure how. There are many ways to do this, from farming for gear to using a certain dungeon skill. The first option will result in a massive amount of gear being thrown out, and if you don’t have the proper gear, you’ll probably only kill the socrethar. But you’ll end up getting stuck on the fel lord because he has more personal responsibility than the gorefiend.

There is a way to skip the Gorefiend in the Hellfire Citadel, and it will give you better health and DPS in the process.
