Many people ask the question: Do Azir soldiers scale with the ad? In this article, I’ll explain the build path for this class, and show you how to maximize your Soldiers’ damage and health. It also covers the three most popular ad types, Conquering Sands, Electrocute, and Electrocute + Health. Let’s dive in! Hopefully, this guide will help you decide whether Azir is the right choice for you.

Azir

Azir is a tanky hero with decent damage that scales with ad. She also has some decent poke with her arcane comet and her ultimate hat. These runes have decent damage and allow you to auto-attack 3 soldiers at once. She has good lane sustain with her Manaflow Band and can scale with the rest of her team. The inspiration tree isn’t very good for Azir, though. She’s mostly geared towards supports and support champions, but some champions can actually benefit from it.

As Azir soldiers scale with ad, they have a higher cast range, but their base damage has increased. Soldiers now deal 60 – 185 damage depending on level. When Azir has 3 soldiers active, their passive attack speed doubles. This boosted speed falls off after five seconds. The recharge time of the passive attack speed has also been reduced to eight, 7.5, seven, and six seconds. Lastly, Azir soldiers’ magic resistance growth has been increased to 0.5 from zero.

Azir’s buildpath

If you’re playing the Azir class, you’re probably wondering what items you should start with and what skills you should upgrade first. There are several options for this build, but we’ll look at three in particular. These are the start items, early items, and the Mythical and Core items that you’ll need to win the game. Finally, you should understand the skill order, because this will play a big role in the overall buildpath you choose.

The main disadvantage of Azir is that he’s largely dependent on his soldiers to deal damage, and they only move so quickly. Compared to other mages, however, he deals massive damage over a long period of time, unlike other mages who can deal damage quickly in a burst. If you want to maximize the potential of your Azir, you should focus on getting allies quickly and keeping them close.

Conquering Sands

In the long run, Azir’s Soldiers are the key to unlocking Azir’s true potential. This builds around sand soldiers which have short cooldowns and can disappear after nine seconds. This means that you’ll be spending most of your time summoning sand soldiers. While this can be advantageous in some teamfight situations, you’ll be better off scaling AP instead.

One of the most confusing aspects of Azir’s soldier system is the fact that they scale with Azir’s level. To summon a soldier, use Azir’s W – Arise! ability. Once summoned, your soldier will attack all enemies in range. Then, using Q – Conquering Sands, you can reposition your soldiers. Your first Sand Soldier deals 50 to 150 magic damage. This represents approximately 60% of Azir’s Ability Power at the time. Your second and third Sand Soldiers do only 25% of that damage.

Electrocute

Are there any good Azir runes? The answer depends on the type of champion you play. While the Electrocute rune is an okay option in the early game, you won’t get much benefit from stacking it with other abilities. Instead, it will give you bonus AP and attack speed. You’ll get a lot of damage from the AP, but it’s not as effective against longer range champions or assassins.

If you’re playing an Azir, make sure to use Arcane Comet. This spell hurls a comet at the enemy champion and has a cooldown based on the type of damage it deals. As the Azir level, his ability will deal more damage, and Arcane Comet has a lower cooldown than the sand soldiers. You should also make sure to have a way to recharge mana.

Zhonya’s Hourglass

When selecting the best rune page for your Azir soldier, it is essential to prioritize magic penetration over other stats. Azir soldiers typically run the comet rune page to boost their early-game aggression. The other rune page is usually reserved for mid laners, and it offers significant mana and cooldown reductions. Finally, the Zhonya’s Hourglass can be used by both mid laners and tanks as a lone healer.

The Zhonya’s Hourglass is a key item for Azir soldiers, and its great synergy with Rylai’s Crystal Scepter makes it a must-have item for the Azir. Its damage does 6% of your current health over three seconds, and grants statis for 2.5 seconds. Zhonya’s Hourglass can also proc Liandry’s Anguish passive, which makes it a crucial item for the Azir.
