You’ve probably been wondering – do games leave PS Now? Well, the PlayStation Store’s “Last Chance” section isn’t exactly what you’re looking for. In fact, there are many games scheduled to leave PlayStation Now at some point. Shadow Warrior 3, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City – The Definitive Edition, and Ghost of Tsushima are just a few that are due to leave PS Now by the end of July.

Shadow Warrior 3
PlayStation Now subscribers have good news! Shadow Warrior 3 won’t be leaving the service until July 5th, 2022. That means you can enjoy this fun and frenetic FPS now. In fact, the game’s release date is even earlier than anticipated! The new game has already received a remaster from the developers, so it’s worth grabbing while you can. And the good news is that you won’t have to pay full price for it. You can also pre-order the previous two games, which is even better.
This news means that PlayStation Now has made it easier to download and stream games for your PS4 and PlayStation 3 – and that we’ve all been waiting for this day! The March lineup also includes Shadow Warrior 3, Relicta, Crysis Remastered, and Chicken Police – Paint It Red. However, this lineup doesn’t include Mafia Definite Edition, which was already announced for the service.
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City – The Definitive Edition
Last month, Rockstar Games added Grand Theft Auto: Vice City ‘The Definitive Edition’ to PlayStation Now. It’s now one of only four games available for PlayStation Now members. The game, a standalone version of the original Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, has been remastered recently. While this may seem like a small detail to most PlayStation Now subscribers, it is significant for fans of the series.
If you’re wondering how long games stay on PlayStation Now, it might be time to renew your subscription. PlayStation Now will add three games tomorrow: Death Squared, Through the Darkest of Times, and Little Big Workshop. These games will remain available for a year, unless Sony decides to take them off the service. The lineup also includes games like Grand Theft Auto: Vice City – The Definitive Edition and Little Big Workshop, which lets players run factories. Death Squared promises “party chaos” with its conundrums.
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
While it’s not clear exactly when the new Grand Theft Auto game will arrive, it may eventually be added to PlayStation Now, along with the other three games in the trilogy. PlayStation Now originally had only Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, but that package was soon removed from the service. This announcement came amid reports that PlayStation Now will be merging with PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Game Pass to become PS Plus Extra and PS+ Premium.
This latest entry in the Grand Theft Auto series was developed and published by Rockstar North and released on the PlayStation 2 in October 2004. It was later ported to Microsoft Windows and Xbox. It is often considered one of the best Grand Theft Auto games made to date. It was recently remastered in HD, outsourced to War Drum Studios, but was not well received. It’s still a worthwhile purchase for fans of the franchise.
Ghost of Tsushima
Having bought Ghost of Tsushima’s Original Version, you’ll now be able to buy the Director’s Cut version. While this new version offers no major changes for PlayStation 4 users, it does bring in 60FPS and Dualsense Haptic Feedback. Ghost of Tsushima: Legends will also be coming to the PlayStation Vita, but it’s unclear when that will be available.
PS Now’s closure will affect over 200 games, and the transition to PlayStation Plus will make it harder for fans of the console to access them. In addition to a number of PS3 titles, PS Now will no longer offer Japanese RPGs. Among the games leaving PS Now are the most popular JRPG series, the first three Killzone games, and the Metal Gear series. So how does PlayStation Now make money?
Grand Theft Auto V
Sony has recently revealed the games available on PlayStation Now for May 2022. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas: Definitive Edition is not one of them. It is on Xbox Game Pass, however. There have been rumors that the game might not leave PlayStation Now after all. We’ll just have to wait and see! Hopefully the game isn’t removed from the PlayStation Now library before then!
In addition to the game’s single-player component, Rockstar has also released its multiplayer component separately. Until June 14, PlayStation 5 subscribers can play GTA Online for free. PlayStation Plus subscribers can keep the game as long as their subscriptions last. And since the game is coming to PlayStation consoles, it’s no wonder that Rockstar’s decision to partner with Sony was so well-received.
