Lost Graces
You’ve gotten an abundance of Golden Seeds in the Elden Ring, but what should you do with them? These are the consumables you can use to upgrade your Flask of Tears, giving you more HP and FP when you use them. You can find these seeds scattered across the Lands Between, including the elven settlements of Limgrave, Liurne, and Caelid, and the Atlus Plateau.
The first use for your Golden Seeds is to upgrade your flasks, which you can do by going to the Lost Graces. To do this, you must spend 1 Golden Seed, and every subsequent upgrade will cost two. You can also find Golden Seeds at the base of budding Erdtrees, which tend to be scenic areas. Oftentimes, you’ll find them on baby Erdtrees, but they can also drop from a Tree Spirit.
Upgrade total number of flasks
You can upgrade the amount of flasks in your inventory by using Golden Seeds. These seeds are found in the starting Keepsake. You can use them twice as you can allocate two of them to health and one to mana. Golden Seeds can also be found in fast travel points. This way, you will never run out of the items you need for the game. To make things easier, you can find Golden Seeds wherever you go.
You can find Golden Seeds by completing the quest line with Latenna. The quest leads you to the area west of town. You can also find them by giving Roderika Chrysalids’ Memento. Moreover, you can also find Golden Seeds in the ruins of Haligtree by finding a Sacred Flask. This way, you can maximize the number of Flasks you can use in game.
Upgrade Sacred Tears
You can upgrade your Sacred Flask by collecting Sacred Tears and Golden Seeds. These items are different from Golden Seeds, but both provide the same benefits – more Health and FP per use. Sacred Tears are found in the open world in places such as broken churches. You can collect as many as you want, but it is best to have a certain number of them to upgrade your flask.
Flask of Crimson Tears – The Sacred Flask can be an invaluable item during combat in Elden Ring. When used correctly, it can give you extra attacks against bosses and spells. Sacred Tears, meanwhile, are a very useful and versatile item for this purpose. Using them every time you rest will refill them. Golden Seeds are very rare, but they can boost healing power and total number of uses, so you should make sure to save your golden seeds.
Getting to the Consecrated Snowfields
There are two ways to get to the Consecrated Snowfields with an extra golden seed: you can use one of the nearby Catacombs of Giants Peak or you can use a hidden teleporter that leads to the Mohgwyn Palace. If you’re looking to max your Flask usage quickly, this may be a good option for you. In either case, you’ll find the Golden Seed at the Catacombs of Giants Peak.
The first way is to find the Golden Seed near the Volcano Manor. The second way is to go up the mountain, but be aware that you’ll need to jump over giant rocks! The golden seed is also located near the Erdtree sprout. The road to Leyndell splits northward, so you need to head in that direction. You’ll eventually find yourself on the Altus Plateau.
