Sacred Tears
When playing Elden Ring, you will find Sacred Tears in churches. These tears are used to upgrade the flask, so you can use them as an alternative to Golden Seeds. The first is in the central gazebo. The Lesser Red Wolf of Radagon guards this location. The other is in the central Aqueduct section, where you can find a corpse holding a Sacred Stone.
