The Staff of the Red-robed culstists in The Elder Scrolls IV are rare and drop from the red-robed skeletal clerical cultists in Mt. Gelmir. The staff scales with Faith and Int, but is half-baked for some players. It’s worth picking up a Staff of the Red-robed Cultists if you have an affinity for skeletons.
