Activate rykard’s great rune in Divine Tower of West Altus
After completing the Divine Tower of West Altus, you must activate Rykard’s Great Rune. This rune is a powerful spell that provides a huge boost when used. It can be obtained by defeating the Onyx Lord, the boss of the Divine Tower. To activate Rykard’s great rune, you need to first defeat the Onyx Lord.
To activate Rykard’s Great Rune, you will need to travel to the Divine Tower of West Altus. You can get to this area by following the Sealed Tunnel. It is south of Lyndell. The first tunnel is hidden by an artificial wall. Once you have accessed this area, you will need to find the Rune Location.
The second boss in the Divine Tower of West Altus is Rykard. It is a rare encounter. It will reward you with the best weapon in the game. In addition, the Great Rune will give you a small amount of HP when you kill enemies. This is a very handy tool, especially for clearing long side dungeons where health flask charges can be precious.
When you get to this area, you will come across several illusory walls. This path leads to a well that contains multiple branches. When you kill enemies, the great rune will regain your HP and allow you to clear large mobs of enemies without flask charges. You should use this rune if you are able to survive the toughest enemy in the area.
You will need to take the elevator to the top of the tower to access Malenia’s Great Rune. This spell will restore health that you lost in battles with enemies. However, it will reduce the HP recovery from Flask of Crimson Tears. It is important to note that Malenia’s Great Rune can only be activated one time per level.

Activate Rykard’s Great Rune in Limgrave Divine Tower to obtain a bonus rune. It’s located at the top of the Divine Tower, and is a very powerful rune that heals you when you kill enemies. It’s not just any rune, though. The Great Rune is unique in its effects. There are a few ways to use it.
To access the Divine Tower of Limgrave, you need to defeat Malenia at the Roots of Great Haligtree. After a few minutes, you can activate the Great Rune in Limgrave. Activating Rykard’s Great Rune at Limgrave’s Divine Tower requires you to defeat two Omen bosses, one of which is the ‘Sealed Tunnel’. This location is located in the outskirts of Leyndell, so it’s easier to reach. Alternatively, you can also go to the Outer Wall Phantom Tree site of grace, which is located east of Leyndell.
Activate Rykard’s Great Rune is a ‘Great Rune’ that heals your character 150-200 health each time you defeat an enemy. This rune is particularly useful for clearing side dungeons and completing legacy quests. The small amount of HP it restores is enough to last you for a while. It is almost useless against bosses, though.
