Sole Survivors should find a way to get to the Decontamination Arch, because they have to take radiation-scrubbing showers to stay healthy. Those who haven’t been to one can visit the website for more information about the Arch. It will also tell you about the Nucleus and Wasteland Workshop. Once you’ve found them, you can move on to the Decontamination shower.

Nucleus
The nucleus is a place in the Fallout 4 world where the player can explore and interact with the environment. The facility is surrounded by a pre-War United States Navy submarine base. The occupants of this area are known as DiMA, and their descendants are called the Church of the Children of Atom. As part of their settlement, the Church was given the chance to rebuild Nucleus and protect DiMA’s memories.
Wasteland Workshop
The Wasteland Workshop is a new tool that allows players to craft items in the game. The expansion offers a wide range of items, from a 100x unit power generator to a water pump. You can even construct defence items. The workshop allows you to build traps to dispatch enemies and make arenas more dangerous. This feature will be available to players at any point in the game, but it won’t give you the perks or resources you need to get started.
The Wasteland Workshop is also where you can entrap raiders or hostages. Building a cage requires some basic construction skills, such as hammer and saw, and hooking up a power source. Then, you must wait for the creature to enter the cage. The process can take several hours, so you may want to make a few of them. However, the time you invest is worth it.
Radiation emitter
A Radiation Emitter is a constructible settlement item in Fallout 4. These items give off radiation when a nearby target wanders near them. These items act as settlement defense items, adding two points to the defense rating of a settlement. To make one of these items, simply craft the Military-Grade Circuit Board, which can be found in military facilities scattered throughout the world map. Once you have the Military-Grade Circuit Board, you can construct a Beam Emitter.
Gamma rays are non-ionizing particles that pass through objects. Because of this, they pose a great threat to people inside fallout shelters. To reduce this threat, fallout shelters are typically designed to be resistant to gamma rays. To reduce exposure, dense materials can be used, such as bricks and concrete. However, it’s still advisable to leave outer clothing outside the shelter to protect yourself from beta rays.
Decontamination shower
A decontamination shower in Fallout 4 is an option you can use to prevent the spread of disease and radiation. It works by flushing you with water, washing away contamination and leaving you clean and hygienic. The shower will automatically switch off after 60 seconds, but you can cycle it on and off. The Decontamination Shower mod is available for download on the NMM, or you can manually extract it to your Fallout 4 Data folder.
