Site of Grace
You’ve just completed the first quest in the Forge of Giants Elder Ring. Now, you need to find the Site of Grace. There’s one near the lower chain, just before the boss. Once you’ve found it, you can continue to the next site of grace. However, this one is harder to find. If you’re having trouble, here are some tips for finding it.
You can access the Site of Grace in several locations in the Elden Ring, including Limgrave, Stormveil Castle, Weeping Peninsula, and Caelid. If you have difficulty finding the Location of the Site of Grace, you can visit All Maps Locations and look for the icons that show the locations of the Elden Ring. The icons next to each Site of Grace will tell you the location of the boss.
Defeating the Fire Giant
The initial phase of this fight is easy. Simply hit the Fire Giant’s left leg with your weapon to cause him to drop a bandage. When he is below 50% health, he will begin to hunch over, emitting fire. Once this happens, stay away from his foot as he will constantly attack your hands. If you choose to stay in this area, you will prolong the fight.
The second phase is incredibly difficult as the Fire Gigant uses all types of fire. Try to stay between or behind his feet so that you can deal the maximum damage. If you can’t stay behind the Giant, it will slam your hands with its fiery fists. Taking the Fire Giant down isn’t easy, but with a little time and practice, you will be able to beat him and get on with your quest.
Getting to Crumbling Farum Azula
Getting to Crumbling Farum Azul, a new zone, can be difficult. This is because it is a point of no return. Once you reach this area, many NPCs in Roundtable Hold will be permanently gone. You will need to kill this boss to complete the zone, and luckily, there is a way to avoid dying. To begin, you must defeat the Fire Giant boss. Once you’ve killed him, you can now proceed to the Crumbling Farum Azula.
Once you’ve reached Crumbling Farum Azula, you’ll be locked inside. However, there is a way to fast travel to any other location on the map. Be sure to keep an eye out for the legendary weapon Bolt of Gransax. After you defeat Maliketh, it becomes unobtainable. So, be sure to save often!
Defeating Godfrey
Defeating Godfrey in the Forge of Giants is a simple but challenging fight. First, you must avoid his attacks. Godfrey has several types of attacks. His stomp attack sends spikes in a cone outward. This attack is simple to dodge; you simply need to wait until he starts his foot down. When he starts to move, dodge the spikes. This will prevent any damage and put you in melee range.
After defeating Godfrey, you can go east to the Forge of Giants. There is a golden phantom in the Erdtree branch. Defeating Godfrey will give you a golden ring. You can also defeat the First Elden Lord, and then Morgott, the Omen King, in the Mountaintops of the Giants.
