To reach the Burning Steppes, Alliance players must travel north. The easiest way to get there is to head through the Redridge Mountains, and then take the road north. This is much easier, especially for Alliance players under 50. Once you reach the area, you can explore the region and begin your quest for loot and treasure. If you don’t know where to begin, read on to learn more.

Dark Portal
In World of Warcraft, there is an area known as the Blasted Lands that can be reached by traveling through the Dark Portal. You can get to this area by following the steps below. First, you must travel to the Grom’gol Base Camp. This is located outside of Orgrimmar, outside of the city gates. From here, you can take a zeppelin to the northern platform of the portal.
Once in the Eastern Kingdoms, you can fly to the Blasted Lands. After landing in the Blasted Lands, you can speak with an NPC to learn how to get there. If you don’t talk to the NPC in the Blasted Lands, you’ll see the Warlords of Draenor version of the Dark Portal. Therefore, it’s important to talk to the NPC in order to access the Blasted Lands’ version.
You can also take the Tram from the Silverpine Forest to the Blackrock Mountains. From there, you can fly to Kagrath, Badlands, and Searing Gorge. Once you’re there, you can enter the Blackrock Foundry by using the Blackrock Portal. The entrance to the Blackrock Foundry is located at 51.4, 28.7.
Searing Gorge
The entrance to Searing Gorge can be reached in one of two ways: through the standard entrance or through the Horde-controlled outpost on the southern outskirts of the Badlands. Both are located midway in the Badlands, so you should go south west after you clear the annoying gnomes in the northwestern part. You must take care not to fall in with them. Once you have made it through the standard entrance, you should be able to access the gate that leads to Blackrock Mountain.
To reach the area from Orgrimmar, you should be able to use your mount. If you have 15 Silk Cloth in your inventory, you can ride south to the Gorge and pick up Divine Retribution. Speaking with Kalaran Windblade, you can also get The Flawless Flame. By doing this, you can make the journey much easier. If you are a cleric, you can get it by simply talking to Kalaran Windblade in the uplands zone.
If you want to access the Gorge via flight, you can head to the fort of Kargath, which is located in the eastern part of the province. If you’re an Alliance player, you can also use the port of Orgrimmar to get to the Burning Steppes. You can also use a boat or a car to get to the Gorge. However, it’s better if you’re prepared for a long journey.
Blackrock Mountain
If you’re wondering how to get to Blackrock Mountain from Orgrimmmar, you’ve come to the right place. Despite its intimidating appearance, this foreboding peak is an essential part of the Fate of the Kingdom quest. You can begin the quest on the outskirts of Orgrimmar in two ways: through the Burning Steppes or the Searing Gorge. The entrance to Blackrock Mountain is a doorway that can be accessed from either side. The doorway leading into the mountain is marked on your map by Franclorn Forgewright.
To get to Blackrock Mountain from Orgrim Mar, the easiest way is to go through the Earthen Ring portal located southwest of Orgrimmar. From there, you can fly to Blackrock Mountain, near Iron Summit in the Searing Gorge, with Master Riding speed. If you don’t have a Master Riding mount, you can fly to Blackrock Mountain from Sandy Beach or Dun Morogh.
When you reach Blackrock Mountain, you will find five spires containing epic bosses. In Warcraft Adventures, the spire was Deathwing’s lair. The thorny vines blocked Deathwing’s path, but Thrall’s Death and Decay spell shattered the vines, allowing him to make his way up. In addition to this, there were cows near the spire that served as his meal.
