As you explore the map of Elden Ring, you will notice that there are many churches and some contain Sacred Tears, but not all of them contain one. That is part of the fun in the game, as you’ll be hunting for them. Some of the Sacred Tears you’ll find are Golden Seeds, which you can upgrade flasks with, and Crystal Tears, which restore HP and FP.

Sacred Tears

Sacred Tears are an important item found in the Elden Ring, but where can you find them? There are two types, Sacred and Crystal. Sacred Tears are a unique type of flask that provides health and FP per use. You can find them in several places around the Elden Ring, including broken churches. You can only find a few of them in each area.

The Town of Sellia is located on the border of Dragonbarrow and Caelid, just east of the Grand Lift of Dectus. It can be reached by unlocking its belltowers, which will take you to a path to the church. Alternatively, you can go through the cliff that divides the two towns. You can also travel through the Church of the Sainted Hero’s Grave dungeon from the town of Sellia.

Sacred Tear locations

You can find Sacred Tears in the Elder Ring in various locations, such as churches. You can upgrade your healing flask by using the Tear. Sacred Tears are found in church altars around the map. You must take one of these from the altar to be able to use it to upgrade your healing flask. You will need to fully refill your flask gauges before using it.

Moreover, the Crystal Tear is useful to increase your stamina and resistance. You can use it to buff yourself during boss encounters. This tear is found in the Second Church of Marika. This tear can also be found near the tombstones that contain dead skull enemies. In addition to the Tear, the player can also collect the Greenspill Crystal Tear in Mistwood. To get it, players must go near the altar near Minor Erdtree.

Sacred Tear upgrade

There are two main ways to get the Sacred Tear upgrade in Elder Ring. One is to find Golden Seeds that you can apply to your flask. The other way is to collect Sacred Tears, which you can get from churches. The golden seeds will increase the amount of HP and FP you can restore with them. You can find these seeds throughout the Lands Between, but they are best collected at certain landmarks.

The Sacred Tear is a rare item, but it is worth it to find as many of them as you can. You can find the items near the Church of Pilgrimage, which is located on the northern side of the Weeping Peninsula. There, you will find the last Sacred Tear. Sacred Tears as an upgrade material

Using Sacred Tears as an upgrade material is relatively easy. First of all, players must head to the nearest Site of Grace. Then, select Flasks > Increase Refilling Rate to gain the new Sacred Tear. The first Sacred Tear can be found in Limgrave. To get another one, players must ride a horse to the Third Church of Marika. Be careful of enemies that may try to attack you, but once you’ve reached the church, you can take the tear and upgrade the flask.

After you’ve obtained Sacred Tears, you can upgrade Flasks by using them with Golden Seeds. To upgrade the potency of Flasks, players can use Sacred Tears and Golden Seeds. For other upgrades, players can use Sacred Tears or Golden Seeds to increase the flask’s uses. These materials can be found only at certain places in The Lands Between, so if you’re stuck in an area that doesn’t have those items, you can always go back to them.
