How Many Skills Should a Horse Have in Black Desert Online?

How many skills should a horse have? This is a question that hound trainers and riding instructors often have, but the answer might surprise you. There are actually eight skills that every horse should have, and Kora’s explanation will give you some valuable insight. These skills are Strength, Skill, Elegance, and Courser Awakening. Once you have learned them, you’ll be able to train your horse to excel at them.

Skill, Elegance, and Strength training

It is a good idea to level up your mount, as this will make it faster and more durable. To get more from your mount, you must ride it and practice tricks with it. You should always remember to brand it if you want to reduce the wear and tear on the mount. This will also decrease repair costs and durability consumption. When you level up a mount, you can keep up to three of them in your stables.

Generally, horses of tiers t4 and t6 have no problem learning skills. The problem occurs in the tiers T7 and T8. The horse market has plenty of T8s with low skills. Increasing the level of the male parent increases the chance of learning a skill. Once a horse is tamed, it will follow the trainer. However, it is not necessary to increase the male parent level if you want to get the best out of your horse.

Instant acceleration

In the game Black Desert Online, the speed of horses is an important factor. With the right skills, horses can accelerate quickly while traveling and this ability can help you complete quests more efficiently. Instant acceleration can also help you grind faster because you can speed up while you’re traveling. Listed below are some skills you should look for in a horse. They will help you improve your horse’s speed and save you time.

Accel – The accel skill increases the speed of a horse’s starting speed. A higher speed increases the horse’s speed, while a higher Brake stat makes the drift animation shorter. The Brake stat boosts overall speed and is split into brackets, which increase in value as you move through them. Higher Brake stats also help you speed up faster.

Streak Jump

The basic question is: How many skills should a horse have? A horse at level 30 should have about 17 or 18 skills, depending on which skill set he’s in. If a horse lacks a certain skill set, you’ll have to swap it with another one. If you’re not sure, you can use a skill that doesn’t have a high learning probability, such as Fore Chop/Hind Kick. To help you determine which skills to swap, I’ve created a Google Sheet that lists the skills that each horse can learn.

Leveling up a horse is easy. Each level increases its speed. Higher levels can make your horse faster and easier to ride, which can save time during a quest. A horse that’s leveled up can be very useful for AFK travel. There’s no need to worry about spending too much money on a brand, though. Black Desert Warning recommends not buying brands because you get skills earlier per level.

Courser Awakening

In BDO, Courser Awakening is one of seven required skills for creating the Dream Horse. It is not enough to simply own a Courser, though, as it is also necessary to train it. A Courser will have higher market value than a traditional horse. In addition, it can get better expertise with horse breeding than a normal horse. Here are some tips to help you train your Coursers to become a dream horse.

Training your horse can be completed in three separate areas. Each training area has different materials that will increase your horse’s training exp by 1%. You can train a horse to earn up to 180% in each area. The maximum amount of training a courser can get is 200% per awakening attempt. It is best to train a horse with at least 200% training before it can awaken.

Training Life Skill

There are many components to a life skill, and training horses is no different. In addition to the physical aspects, you must also invest a great deal of time and silver in the process. Hence, training a horse for profit is not recommended. This guide is geared towards the more advanced horse training player. We will not cover the basics, but focus on various buffs and life skills that a horse should have.

Before you start training your horse, make sure you warm up your horse. After grooming, you can try lunging the horse and performing a short trot exercise. Once your horse understands your voice and body language, you can gradually introduce new lessons and techniques. Always remember that horses need to trust you to participate in training. The right environment and consistent grooming and feeding will create a good association between you and your horse.
