The Elden Ring is the key to unlocking a quest chain in the game. To activate it, you must first restore the power to one of the Great Runes. Failing to do so will prevent you from gaining access to important story locations. The most basic Great Rune to activate is Rennala’s Great Rune, which you can obtain from Stormveil Castle. However, to activate the power of this rune, you must spend a considerable amount of time on the quest.

Radahn’s Great Rune
The Radahn’s Great Rune is a unique item in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. It can be used in the Divine Tower of Caelid. This tower is accessible through platforming and giant roots. The Radahn’s Great Rune is particularly useful in FP-heavy tanks and other builds where tanking is an important aspect of the playstyle.
The Great Rune is the prize obtained after defeating certain bosses in the Elden Ring. There are six types of Great Runes. You can equip a Great Rune only with a Rune Arc. You cannot equip a Great Rune unless you have a Rune Arc equipped, which makes them particularly valuable. They can only be swapped if you have already equipped a proper Rune Arc. Unlike other items, Great Runes can only be swapped if you have a rune Arc equipped.
The Great Rune grants a temporary buff to the character’s stats. It also provides resistance to scarlet rot and increases Health, Stamina, and Focus Points. It increases maximum stats by 15%. However, to use the Great Rune, you must first activate the Divine Tower of Caelid. This is an optional quest, so it’s best to wait until the end of the boss to activate the Rune.
Morgott’s Great Rune
To find Morgott’s Great Rune in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, you must find the Divine Tower of Caelid. This is located outside the western walls of Caelid, just to the west of the Dragonbarrow sub-region. To get there, first drop down to the root of a large tree. After that, climb up the ledge on the wall behind the enemy, and then use the ladders on the other side of the tower to reach the top.
After you activate the Rune, you’ll find the Fell Twins, which have twin flaming swords and blazing axes. These enemies will ambush you on the bridge to the tower, so be sure to defeat them before continuing. Afterwards, head down to the Divine Tower and activate Morgott’s Great Rune at the base of the dead Two Fingers.
Mohg’s Great Rune
You can use the Mohg’s Great Rune in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim to gain the Blessing of Blood, which is useful for killing bosses and invading worlds. To activate the rune, you must go to the Divine Tower of East Altus, which is located southeast of Leyndell and the Forbidden Lands. The Tower is accessed by an elevator from the eastern part of the map. Once you reach the top floor, enter the tower and click on the red sigil. You can then use the Rune on the corresponding bosses and invaded worlds to defeat them.
The Mohg’s Great Rune is an extremely useful consumable, but you must be careful not to activate it accidentally. This rune increases damage while it is on your character. You can also activate Phantom Great Runes, which grant the blessing of blood to the enemy’s world, making it more powerful. This can make or break a PVP battle. If you activate Mohg’s Great Rune, you should be able to kill enemies quickly and easily, even while they are encroaching on your space.
Rykard’s Great Rune
To obtain Rykard’s Great Rune in The Elder Ring, you must defeat Rykard, the Lord of Blasphemy. To find Rykard, you must travel to the western part of Altus Plateau, to Volcano Manor. There are two ways to reach Volcano Manor. The first is to defeat the NPCs in the surrounding areas, including the infamous Lords of Blasphemy. The second way is to talk to Lady Tanith, and she will teleport you to the rune.
The second way to defeat Rykard is to use the great rune on Radahn. This will make him attack you with his dreadful sword. Avoid this attack by rolling away or using an explosive spell. In addition, you can dodge the attacks of Rykard by running away or rolling. If you don’t dodge, he will execute snake head jabs, inching towards you.
