Estelle Gendry
In World of Warcraft, the heirloom vendor is located in two locations, Ironforge and Undercity. Both of these locations offer heirloom gear for Alliance and Horde characters. Most heirloom gear is sold by the vendor with PvP marks. Krom stoutarm is sold by the Alliance heirloom vendor in Ironforge, while Estelle Gendry sells heirlooms for the Horde in Undercity. The heirlooms sold at the heirloom vendor are similar to those sold in the Guild, but a few of the items are unique and can be purchased only by the faction you play. For example, hunters can equip heavy armor and use a polearm to move faster. Marksmanship and beast mastery hunters can purchase a bow.
For the Alliance, the vendor is located in the Halls of Explorers in Orgrimmar, while the Horde’s vendor is in Ironforge’s Gates of Orgrimmar. Players can also purchase heirlooms from Krom Soutatm in the Hall of Explorers, or from Estelle Gendry in Orgrimmar. The price of these heirlooms varies depending on their rarity and their availability.
For gold players, the best heirloom vendor is Krom Stoutarm. While he sells most of his heirlooms in alliance and shadowlands, you can also find a variety of heirlooms that can be upgraded to 120 to increase their stats. For example, if you’re looking to upgrade an heirloom to level 50, Krom Stoutarm sells heirlooms for 450 gold.
Krom Stoutarm
The Alliance heirloom vendor, Krom Stoutarm, was a dwarf warlock that was a quest giver in the Hall of Explorers in Ironforge. Later, Krom became an heirloom vendor, selling heirlooms for the shoulder and chest slots, as well as Scouting Map toys that unlocked maps and flightpaths. It is unclear if Stoutarm is related to Borgus Stoutarm, the Alliance’s heirloom vendor.
The heirloom vendor for the Alliance and Horde is based on the Alliance’s Ironforge and Undercity areas, respectively. Both heirloom vendors sell items for upgrading your heirlooms to level 90 and above. Heirloom items such as Ancient Heirloom Armor Casing and Scabbard are not available to players at level 90, and so, players must upgrade their heirlooms with a level-appropriate upgrade item.
You can purchase heirloom items from Krom Stoutarm by paying 100 gold. Another heirloom vendor is Estelle Gendry, who sells weapons, trinkets, and chests. You can also buy an heirloom set from Estelle Gendry in the Rogues’ Quarter in the Undercity. Heirloom items are not available for free and you must spend at least 200 gold to upgrade your entire set. Then, you can buy an heirloom set or upgrade one from Estelle Gendry and use it on your character.
Provisioner Mukra
This orc specializes in selling a variety of heirlooms, including the Honorbound Service Medal. During the PTR, this vendor’s title was “Honorbound Commendations”. Purchasers are able to purchase any of their chosen heirlooms for 750 Honorbound Service Medals. The Honorbound Service Medal can be used to buy a range of cosmetic items and toys, including new heirlooms for alts. The Provisioner Mukra in Dazar’alor is available to Alliance players, while the Horde can buy theirs from Provisioner Stoutforge in Boralas.
To purchase the new heirlooms, players must complete the Warfronts Darkshore – Horde scenario and the Zandalari Treasury scenario. Players can also purchase new heirlooms from this vendor while they are in the Battle of Azeroth. This vendor also sells items in the newly-added Warcraft scenarios. The Warfronts Darkshore scenario features the new “Zandalari Treasury” and “Transmog Set: Partially Uncollected” content.
