If you have enough spore clusters, you can talk to the Military Sims and ask them to collect Spores. Once you have the Spore Clusters, you can use the Analyzer to collect the Infection Profile Data from the Secret Lab.

Taking on the Mother Plant

Taking on the Mother Plant in Sims 4, an all-new dungeon in the game, requires your Sims to work together to defeat her. The objective is to learn how to create vaccines and recruit other Sims to help you fight The Mother. This mission will require your Sims to use both offensive and defensive strategies. The Mother Plant is very powerful and will overwhelm you and your Sims if you are alone.

Unlike some enemies in the game, the Mother Plant is not hostile and starts off low on friendship. Once you’ve gotten to know her, she will only pose a threat to your Sims if they become ‘Infected’. Infection is caused by eating bizarre fruits, and exposure to the spores (which you’ll only get if you’re not wearing a hazmat suit).
