The Anguished isle dungeon can only be accessed once per day. To get this dungeon, you must talk to the NPC named Danyu and earn 950 Crimson Skein currency. After you have collected enough Crimson Skein currency, you will receive the key. This key will let you access the Garden of Despair dungeon.
The rewards from Anguished Isle include gold-value items and the best Endgame quests. For example, if you’re playing as an elf, you will receive a Crimson Skein after clearing it. Crimson Skein is the currency of merchants on the Anguished Isle. The boss, Stella, may drop an Island Soul or Omnium Star, or you can get an Anguished Isle Island Token.
