Consecrated Snowfield
The second mission in the new Elder Scrolls Online expansion, “Snowy Mountains”, requires the player to travel to the Consecrated Snowfield, located in the North of the Elden Ring. This area has a variety of equipment and upgrade materials, including unique and rare items that can be collected. Throughout the Consecrated Snowfield, players will also face boss fights, including those of the Putrid Avatar and Crusader Misbegotten. The Consecrated Snowfield is covered in blizzard, but visibility will improve as the player progresses.
To get to the Consecrated Snowfield, players must first collect both haligtree secret medallion parts, which can be found in Liurnia of the Lakes and Mountaintops of the Giants. Then, they must select the “Hoist Secret Medallion” option. After collecting the two haligtree secrets, players can then travel to Consecrated Snowfield.
Haligtree Secret Medallion
The Haligtree Secret Medallion is one of the key items needed in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. It’s a crucial item for the optional end-game area, Miquella’s Haligtree, in Elden Ring. The area is also home to the game’s toughest challenge, Malenia, Blade of Miquella. Having both halves is necessary for the Millicent quest, as well.
The right haligtree medallion in Elden Ring can be found in the village of the Albinaurics in the southwest part of Liurnia. To reach this area, go south-east along the shore of the lake. You’ll pass a swamp, and then come to a mountain arc. Look for flags indicating the inclination.
Grand Lift of Rold
In the game Elden Ring, you will need to travel to the Grand Lift of Rold to reach the Snowy Mountains. The Grand Lift is located east of Leyndell, the Royal Capital. It is activated with the Rold Medallion, which is given by Melina after you defeat Morgott, The Omen King. If the Site of Lost Grace hasn’t appeared yet, you can skip it by interacting with Tarnished at the Erdtree entrance. Once you’ve done this, go to the Grand Lift of Rold and climb the stairs to get there.
After you have obtained the Haligtree Secret Medallion, you will be able to travel to the Grand Lift of Rold and complete this quest. The Grand Lift of Rold is located in the Forbidden Lands section, east of Leyndell, the Royal Capital. After you’ve finished the quest, you’ll be able to access the Snowy Mountains, where you’ll be able to find two more secrets and items that are only available to you when you have the Grand Lift of Rold.
Leyndell, Royal Capital
To reach Leyndell, you need two Great Runes: Godrick and Rennala. Godrick can be found at Stormveil Castle, while Rennala can be found at the Academy of Raya Lucaria. Godrick’s Great Rune can be activated by going to the Divine Tower of Limgrave, located near Stormveil Castle. Once inside, you’ll notice a blockaded door in the back, which is filled with magci and soldiers. Once you kill Godrick, you’ll have access to Leyndell.
Leyndell, Royal Capital is the main location of the Elden Ring story, but it can be confusing if you don’t know where to go. The location of this huge dungeon is extremely difficult to find, with multiple paths leading to the same place. However, we have found an easy way to get there. You can access the area’s northeastern area, which will be important when you reach the end of the story.
Forge of the Giants
The first part of the Forge is very simple to reach. Once you’ve beaten the Fire Giant on Flame Peak, you’ll be able to see the Forge in the distance. Once you reach the Forge, Melina will appear and ask you to commit a cardinal sin. You can either say “I’m ready” or “no.”
After completing the first quest in the Elden Ring, you’ll be able to move on to the next quest. For example, you can get to the Forge of the Giants by going east from the Giants’ Gravepost Site of Grace. The path you take from there is quite challenging, so it’s best to get help if you’re having trouble. Luckily, there’s a way to get to the Forge with just a little bit of help.
