In Fallout 76, Gideon has been looking for Nepheli Loux for some time now. After all, the girl has been asking him for advice on how to give him the potions. But Gideon isn’t sure how to approach her. Fortunately, there’s a very simple solution: Direct her to Seluvis. She will still learn some magic from him, but it’s entirely up to Gideon to trust her.

Nepheli Loux

The Nepheli quest is a reward given to Gideon ofnir by a NPC. Nepheli Loux appears in southern Liurnia, outside of Gideon’s study, opposite Ensha. She will give Gideon the Arsenal Charm after the player fights Godrick the Grafted. When speaking with Nepheli, you will also earn Arsenal Charm. Afterwards, she will move to the Roundtable Hold and disappear.

In Stormveil Castle, you can find Nepheli Loux in the Roundtable Hold. You must talk to him to ask him to give you the potion. He will refuse. However, he will eventually accept it. You will have to ask him if he should give Nepheli the potion before he can give it to you. Otherwise, he will turn into a puppet and refuse to talk to you.

The questline is long, but rewarding. It takes you through the Elden Ring. After completing it, you’ll have a chance to obtain the Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone. This will help you level up your weapons to +25. You can also learn sorcery from Nepheli Loux and Seluvis. The rewards of the Nepheli Loux questline can be obtained from a variety of locations.

Preceptor Seluvis

The Preceptor Seluvis is a nefarious sorcerer in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Upon giving Gideon the potion, he will try to make Nepehli Loux into a puppet. This will thwart his questline by turning him into a puppet. It will also prevent you from completing Nepheli’s questline. However, there are ways to dispose of the potion without wasting it.

Alternatively, you can speak to Preceptor Seluvis in Stormveil Castle, and get him to give you the potion. But, if you want to use the potion immediately, you should make a note of the potion’s recipe. Seluvis will think you’ve fed the potion to Nepheli Loux, which will be counterproductive.

Getting the Elden Ring is not as difficult as it seems. To obtain the potion, simply return to the preceptor Seluvis and pick a potions. After that, he’ll give Gideon the ring and a puppet. You can then use this potions to perform various tasks throughout the game. You can also use these potions to find other sorcery items, such as the ring.

Ranni the Witch

When you have completed the quest of Nepheli Loux, Ranni the Witch will give you the potion to give to Gideon Ofnir. He will also tell you to lie to Seluvis. Then, you can continue the quest of Seluvis and Nepheli Loux. But, before you can do that, you must talk to Ranni the Witch first. He is located in the Roundtable Hold.

The second questline requires you to use the Elden Ring to get some important items. The Elden Ring is given to you by Seluvis, an NPC that works for Ranni the Witch. The Elden Ring is a powerful potion that gives you new abilities and hints about Nokron. It can only be used by players, so you must be careful not to touch the ring.

Gideon Ofnir

Gideon Ofnir has been in a quest to find Nepheli Loux, the mysterious female with a dark halo, for some time now. While he is in search of her, he is unaware of the details of her past, but it is possible to learn more about her in this quest. Despite the difficulty of the quest, Gideon’s knowledge of the Demigods is vital. The quest will reward players with special rewards for reaching the Shardbearers and defeating the three Demi-gods.

The quest starts in the Roundtable Hold, in which Gideon will greet you as a member of the Roundtable Hold. You can find Gideon to the left of the stairs and near Two Fingers. Once you’re in Gideon’s room, you’ll need to kill one of the Elden Lords to obtain the Potions of Alchemy. Then, you’ll need to find the Great Rune to make it.
