To get the highest level, you will need to complete missions in the Lantern Rite Tales mode.

Lantern Rite Festival
The Genshin Impact 1.3 update will feature the Lantern Rite Festival, a new event inspired by the Chinese New Year celebrations. Players can unlock a variety of new questlines and rewards, including new weapons, armor, and items. For extra fun and rewards, players can also play the Theater Mechanicus minigame, an in-game strategy game. To get started, players should be Adventure Rank 23 or higher.
Once you’ve unlocked the first stage of the Lantern Rite, you’ll be presented with a list of tasks to complete. Some of these tasks are quests that will grant Primogems and increase Festive Fever, while others will give you new features or unlock more stages of Lantern Rite Tales. Complete these tasks as soon as possible to maximize the amount of Festive Fever you have.
Festive Fever gauge
Genshin Impact has introduced the Lanter Rite festival in the latest v1.3 patch, bringing mini-games and time-limited rewards. The Lantern Rite quests will also grant you Festive Fever, a special item in the game. There are three stages to the Festive Fever event, the first of which will run from January 30th to February 14th. The second stage will run from February 15th to February 28th, and the final stage will last for the week of Feb 18th.
In addition to adding 26 new World Quests, Genshin Impact also added three new quests – the Lantern Rite Tales – that award Festive Fever. During the Lantern Rite festival, players will be rewarded with Primogems, Mora, and Festive Fever, one of the main currencies in the game. Players must log in every day during the Festive Fever event to unlock all of these quests and earn Festive Fever.
Path of Stalwart Stone
You can boost your festive fever by completing challenges in Genshin Impact, including the Path of Stalwart Stone. You will earn Festive Fever by completing quests, such as battling multiple enemies, obtaining Moonchase Tales, and completing the Trail of Delicacies. The Path of Stalwart Stone includes six quests. The objectives are different from the other missions, so you will need to decide which one to take.
In this quest, you will need to collect 30 Moonchase Charms and 40 Mystmoon Chests. You can use the map to find these locations. Obtaining 100% Area Collection Progress will award you with a Luxurious Sea-Lord Claymore weapon. The reward for completing these quests depends on your current level and skill level. To obtain Festive Fever, you must have at least level 20 and have the appropriate passive talent.
Zhongli
The latest update to Genshin and Zhongli has been called “All that Glitters”, and features new weapon and character banners. There are also adjustments to the zhongli and Geo element, as well as several new events. The focus of the new update is on Liyue, and the event is themed around the Lantern Rite. The new update also introduces a new creature, the Geovishaps, and will bring in a new challenge to players.
Zhongli is a young girl 500 years ago, but now she’s a grown man, whose magical powers have been enhanced. Her abilities were inherited from her father, the legendary Morax. Her powers have now been enhanced, and she’s now equipped with the new ability “Festival Fever”. This special ability can increase festive fever, and can be acquired from side quests. In addition, it will also give players a free character called Liyue.
