There are a number of ways to build a replica of the ARC Trooper armor that is seen in the movie “Star Wars.” You can even use this method to create the Alpha-class clone trooper armor. While the actual process of making the ARC Trooper armor may not be as straightforward as that of an ARC Trooper, the end result will be a convincing recreation.

ARC Trooper armor
Traditionally, clone trooper armor was unpainted, but in Revenge of the Sith, almost all clones wore paint trim. Before the movies, colors meant different things: green for Sergeants, blue for Lieutenants, and red for Captains. Now, nearly all clones wear paint trim, and their color scheme has been changed to reflect their divisions and personalities.
ARC trooper armor was a modified version of the standard clone trooper armor worn by the Republic’s elite soldiers. The ARC trooper armor kit utilizes the Season 1-3 Grunt base armor kit, as well as the Animated Season 3 ARC helmet kit. ARC trooper armor is a taller version of the grunt, which is why the ARC trooper helmet kit includes repeated parts from the Season 1-3 grunt armor.
This ARC trooper is CT-27-5555. He has a goatee and a stylized numeral five tattooed on his right temple. He wears a gray pauldron over his shoulder and a kilt-like kama painted blue. Although he values duty above protocol, Fives insists that all clone troopers be called by their names.
Null-class
The Null-class clones were produced by the Kaminoans. During the Clone Wars, these clones harbored grudges against the Alpha-class ARCs. They considered the Nulls to be an embarrassment, but the Alpha-class ARCs thought that they were ordinary clone troopers. While their attitude towards the Alphas was not mutually beneficial, their professional relationship remained intact.
The Kaminoans grew the genetic samples of twelve prime clones, of which twelve survived the process. Of those twelve, however, half of the clones were born uncommandable, and the rest were scheduled for reconditioning. They were also made unpredictable, which caused them to be unfit for combat. The Kaminoans had brought in a Mandalorian warrior, Kal Skirata, to train their special unit. Kal Skirata consulted with the Kaminoans, and agreed that “unaltered” Jango Fett would not be a good infantry soldier. The Kaminoans feared that these clones would be unmanageable.
The Null-class ARC trooper was one of the most elite clones in the Grand Army of the Republic. These clones were well-trained and skilled in many ways. They were equipped with a variety of weapons and were trained to deal with different threats. In the Clone Wars universe, they were the best at what they did and were also the most powerful clones.
Alpha-class
The clones had uniforms based on a single template. They were all of the same height, weight, and build. This allowed for mass production of the armor. Clone trooper helmets featured a tracking device, life-support system, and commlink. The helmets were also molded to accommodate the attachments that were required during Phase I. The helmet was designed to withstand even the most brutal combat.
The ARC trooper armor was lighter than the standard clone trooper suit but offered greater protection. It could also be adapted to include specialized attachments, like a taser attached to the gauntlet. The Alpha-class and Null-class ARC troopers were also equipped with heads-up displays (HUDs). These displays let the wearer control the armor’s features with their eye movements.
Depending on the color scheme, clones could be painted blue or green, depending on the faction in which they served. The Republic military, on the other hand, replaced these color schemes with Revenge of the Sith color schemes. While Phase I armor was the first to feature legion paint, most standard clones did not use it. This means that the color scheme used for Phase I armor was not appropriate for clone troopers of the legion.
