How to Organize Sims 4 CC

When you’re playing The Sims franchise, you’ve probably noticed that you can change the order of objects within the game. You can change which items are in the “Tray” folder, where they are used most often, and which are not. Maxis has done a nice job of utilizing the simoleon value when arranging items, and you can do the same with the CC.

Mods

For some Sims fans, CC is just one more thing to worry about. Maxis has a policy against mods, which is designed to discourage people from creating their own. CC is also known as “Custom Content” in the game community. CC can be either script code or UI functionality that adds to a player’s experience. This is a category of player-made content that can be downloaded or installed on Sims 4.

Tray folder

There are a number of options for organizing CC in The Sims 4. To organize CC, you can use the Sims 4 Tray folder. You can use Explorer to navigate to the folder, then sort by date. You can also use Sims 4 Studio to batch fix CC, and disable CC for townies. Another option is to use a Tray Importer, which will automatically identify the CC used in a build or sim.

Recolors

If you want to have a tidy Mods folder, you’ll need to know how to organize your CC. The best way to organize your CC is to sort them by category, based on price. In other words, keep the most popular and less frequently used CC at the top, and move the rest to a less-used category. But that’s not always easy. Fortunately, there are several programs that can help you with this.

Objects in cc

When you download custom content for your game, the object is available for use in the Buy and Build Mode, but you must install a mesh first. This mesh is used for the graphics in Sims 4 and will not be compatible with default content. You can recreate Maxis content by making a recolour, though. Then, you can use this recoloured content without having to install additional swatches.

Getting started with cc

If you’re new to The Sims 4 Custom Content, you’re probably wondering where to start. The good news is that it’s all free, and unlike game/stuff packs, the Sims 4 CC community is alive and well. If you’re new to mods, you can find basic guides to getting started and find the best mods for your game. The best way to start with CC is to visit the main website and search for “mods” on the left.

Getting started with custom content

Getting started with custom content in Sims4 is actually surprisingly easy. All you need to do is follow a few simple steps. First, you must make sure that your game is up-to-date with patches. On your PC, go to the Game Library and locate The Sims 4. Click the Update Game button and it will automatically download and install updates for you. Origin will also notify you of updates to your game so you can download them without having to worry about installing them manually.
