How to Remove Scarlet Rot From the Elden Ring

You’ve probably heard about the Scarlet Rot in the Elden Ring, but are you unsure of how to remove it? Scarlet Rot can cripple your character and rob you of health over time. Thankfully, there are ways to remove it from your Elden Ring without harming your character. Read on to find out how to do it! You may be surprised at how easy it is!

Immunizing Cured Meat

You can prevent the buildup of Scarlet Rot by Immunizing Cured Meat. This crafted item will increase your Immunity for sixty seconds, but only works for so long. To use Immunizing Cured Meat, you must find a recipe in a cookbook or complete a puzzle to get the ingredient. Alternatively, you can use Preserving Boluses, which can also cure Scarlet Rot.

The ingredients for Immunizing Cured Meat are found in bushes and in corpses. If you can’t find the sliver of meat in the wild, you can purchase the Armorer’s Cookbook. You can also loot corpses for their meat. When you have the recipe, you can craft Immunizing White Cured Meat. You can also craft this item in Redmane Castle, which is located in the southwest corner of the continent.

Faith incantation

To use the Faith incantation to remove scarlet rotten flesh, you need to have a minimum of 14 Focus Points and 12 Faith. It can be found on a corpse in the Callu Baptismal Church. Casting this incantation heals you while reducing the amount of scarlet rot that affects your character. However, it does not reduce the rate at which it accumulates.

You can also cast a Dragon Communion Seal to boost the damage. You must also slay a dragon to be able to use this incantation. Flying Dragon Agheel is a low-leveled dragon that you can kill with a Faith incantation. It is much easier to kill him on horseback. Using the Faith incantation to remove scarlet rot will require 15 faith, 12 arcane, one spell slot, and 36FP to cast.

Preserving Boluses

To remove scarlet rot, you must make Preserving Boluses. To do this, you must have the Armorer’s Cookbook. The cookbook is lootable in the Siofra River area near the Site of Grace and can be found on a corpse on the cliff edge next to two ghostly Ancestral Followers. After you have acquired the Armorer’s Cookbook, you can now start crafting Preserving Boluses.

If you do not have these items in your inventory, you can buy them from a Nomadic Merchant. Consuming Preserving Boluses will cure Scarlet Rot, however, you will need 12 Faith to perform it. It is a last resort and will cure Scarlet Rot, but will cause your character to become drained of Faith. However, this is a good trade-off for the ability to preserve boluses.

Ekzyke’s Decay

The Decaying Ekzyke is the class boss of Great Enemy in World of Warcraft. This dragon can poison players using Crimson Rot. You can find this dragon in the Caelid region, southeast of the Caelid Highway Site of Grace. You can easily cheese this Dragon by hiding behind boulders and attacking it with Sorceries or Incantations. Alternatively, you can use your fire spells to kill it.

The fight against Decaying Ekzykes requires patience and mobility. It’s best to use a weapon like Torrent if you have good mobility and the patience to wait until it’s in the air. The speed of this weapon and its ability to breathe scarlet rot will help you win this fight. You can also use the flying lunge to save time while attacking this Ekzyke.

Immunizing Horn Charm

If you’re suffering from scarlet rot, you should equip an Elder Ring and the Immunizing Horn Charm to remove the effects of the disease. This Talisman is a powerful immune enhancer that raises your Immunity by +1. It can be found in the Ainsel River, south of Nokstella. It can be obtained by killing the Ancestral Follower in the lake.

You can obtain this item by finding a corpse in Liunria of the Lakes or in the Ainsel River. Alternatively, you can find two-finger talismans in Liurnia of the Lakes and the Purified Ruins. Both of them can increase your attributes and negate damage. You should wear the Immunizing Horn Charm with your Elder Ring to remove scarlet rot and to fight against mobs that are made of pure Scarlet Rot.
