Also, defeating the Tree Spirit will give you a chance to see a vision of Rogier, which you can use to learn his destiny.

Using a Black Knifeprint

You can save Rogier’s elden ring by using a Black Knifeprint. However, it is important to avoid exploring the same location too much, since it will break the quest. You can get this print by talking to Fia, who can be found in the Black Knife Catacombs. Once you have the print, speak to Rogier and ask him what it means. Once you have saved the ring, Rogier will explain that his investigation points towards Ranni. You can then proceed with the Questline by speaking with Rogier and completing the following steps.

The Black Knife Catacombs are a dungeon located in Liurnia’s northeast sector. Using the map, you can find the catacombs by following the path of the Black Knife Catacombs and utilizing the Black Knifeprint. Be careful when using the Black Knifeprint, as the boss is hidden behind an illusionary wall.

Godrick the Grafted Rogier

If you are using melee classes, this ability is highly effective in pulling aggro and dealing damage to Godrick the Grafted. The other way to defeat Godrick the Grafted is by using a tanky, damage-dealing item called the Pumpkin Head. This can be acquired from the Divine Tower of Limgrave.

The Godrick’s axe attack causes heavy damage. When Godrick is charging an enemy, he closes the distance and swings his axe five times. This attack requires a charge before it begins to cause damage, so make sure you avoid it! Also, be aware of Godrick’s ability to pull back his weapon during his prep action animation. If you can dodge this attack, it will be much easier to deal with Godrick.
